Here’s the answer to last week’s “Where.”
Last week’s photo was a close up of the wooden structure surrounding a picnic table parklet in the White Street Parking lot.
The parklet was built in 2022 funded by a $5,000 AARP Community Challenge Grant. that was also used to create a series of sidewalk markers with QR codes that take visitors to a web site with information and walking tour suggestions.
Where respondent Cathy Tobin complimented the “cute paint job” but also remarked that she’s never seen anyone sitting at the picnic table there. Chuck Stern knew it because, he said, “redbankgeen did a story on it!”
