Here’s the answer to last week’s “Where.”
Last week’s photo was of the icicle-covered awning of the Red Bank Design Center, at 147 Broad Street.
The awning is on the Harding Road Side of the building. The Wheremaster spent some time standing in the bitter cold following the snowstorm earlier this month, waiting for a photo of someone walking past the spectacular glistening icicles as the sun set so we could snag a photo for redbankgreen‘s Partyline section, but no one came by and it got too cold. So we just thought, “Ok, this can be a “Where” photo!”
The Broad/Harding intersection is heavily traveled, and people spend a lot of time sitting at the red light in front of this awning, so we figured many people would guess this one, and we were right.
Alison B said she looks at the window all the time while sitting in traffic and Judy and Bill Fraser said they walk by the spot all time and knew it right away. One person guessed the location was the Lamp Lighter, which Wherester Mike Riordan says used to be at that location.
