Members of Monmouth County’s Emergency Response Team are using two vacant homes (slated for demolition to make way for 20 condos) on Oakland Street for training Wednesday morning.

The Borough issued an alert a day earlier in English and Spanish telling residents the operation was for training purposes only and not related to any of the recent federal immigration enforcement actions that have taken place in town.
