Red Bank Department of Public Utilities workers returned Wednesday to the street in front of 90 Bank Street, the scene of a massive cleanup in December of a de facto junkyard on a residential property.
Since the cleanup, it seems someone placed a large amount of brush and tree limbs along the sidewalk.
Neighbors said schoolchildren were forced to walk in the street to reach a nearby school bus stop because of the debris.
The debris was removed by late afternoon. Property owner, William Poku was given a summons for a property maintenance violation, according to NJ municipal court records.
