Tilton Avenue resident Barry Bacon takes his dog Ta’Challa out for a victory lap after his beloved New York Knicks completed a four-game sweep of the Philadelphia 76ers in the NBA Eastern Conference Semifinals Sunday.
The Knicks have gone 53 years without an NBA championship. Bacon, a lifelong Knicks fan, told a redbankgreen reporter before game one in the series, “We’re going to sweep them. You heard it here first.”
We had to find him after the game to give him props.
