Here’s the answer to last week’s “Where.”
Last week’s photo was a table and pair of cherry red chairs on Emanuel Court, a pedestrian-only alley alongside 19 West Front Street.
The building’s ground floor is occupied by Rita’s Ice. Rita’s franchises have to walk a fine line when referring to their product as Italian ice or water ice, depending on what end of New Jersey they’re in. Travelling the state you’ll notice both usages, depending on what side of the water ice/Italian ice divide they’re on.
Here in the middle, it appears best to just to call it, “Rita’s Ice” as the sign does – although the business is officially listed as Rita’s Italian Ice and Custard. 
The borough ended vehicular access to Emmanuel Court in 2019, making it a great place to sit and eat the cherry ice/vanilla custard Gelati that is the Wheremaster’s standard order at Rita’s.
Almost everyone nailed this week’s challenge – although one person guessed it was Patrizia’s restaurant on Broad Street. That’s a very good guess, though, because Patrizia’s has a stucco facade that is a close color match to this wall.
