Given the topsy turvy environment for small businesses in Red Bank and the larger world, ten years going strong is a cause for celebration! L Studio, a hair and makeup salon at 31 Monmouth Street, threw a party to celebrate their 10th anniversary party, hosted by owner Liz Mula Saturday night.
