Monmouth University specialist RN professor Beth Gough (in grey shirt) hugs Red Bank Councilwoman Laura Janone after Gough received a proclamation from Mayor Billy Portman (far right) acknowledging her efforts for Brain Tumor Awareness Month. Gough recently raised over $30,000 for brain cancer research through a National Brain Tumor Society fund drive.

“She’s been such a warrior,” Jannone said.
