POLICE LOG: MAN REPORTS ATTACK & ROBBERY

Shoplifting occurring on 6-4-10 at Broad St. Victim reported that unknown female shoplifted a bottle of Grey Goose vodka and fled store without paying for same. Ptl. Ashon Lovick.

Shoplifting incident occurred on 6-4-10 at East Newman Springs Rd. Two unknown black females entered the store and took a bottle of Vodka and fled the store without paying for same. Ptl. Robert Campanella.

Criminal Mischief occurring between 6-6-10 and 6-7-10 at West Westside Ave. Victim reported that unknown person(s) threw a brick through the back window of parked vehicle smashing same. Ptl. Michael Campnella.

Robbery occurring at approximately 22:05 hours on 6-7-10 at West Bergen Place. Victim reported that while walking he was attacked from behind and a witness stated that he saw two black males (unknown) assault the subject and then flee. Stolen from the victim was: I-Phone, wallet containing cash and I.D. Lt. Eliot Ramos, Ptl. James DePonte.

Burglary occurring on 6-9-10 at West Bergen Place. Victim reported that she heard a noise at approximately 04:26 and upon investigation discovered that unknown person(s) used a rock to break the glass in sliding glass door to residence. Entry was gained and stolen from table was a black Coach pocketbook, containing, cash, credit cards, debit cards, checkbook, I.D., reading glasses and car keys. Capt. Darren McConnell, Ptl. Theft reported on 6-9-10 at East Bergen Place residence, but occurred between the dates of 5-24-10 and 6-8-10. Victim reported expensive jewelry was stolen from bedroom in excess of $4,000.00 and a cell phone. Sgt. Joseph Milko.

Theft occurring between 6-3-10 and 6-4-10 at East Bergen Place. Victim reported that cash was stolen from bedroom while he was sleeping. Sgt. Joseph Milko.

Theft occurring on 6-10-10 at Monmouth St.-Diner. Employee reported that unknown subjects removed a wooden plaque bearing an old style photograph of the diner from the 1940’s from the counter by the register and left with same. Lt. Michael Clay.

Burglary occurring between 6-10-10 and 6-11-10 at W. Westside Ave. Victim reported that unknown person(s) broke the passenger side window in parked vehicle and stole a Garmin GPS unit. Ptl. Michael Zadlock.

OTHER ARRESTS:
Noelle Duverger, age 24 female of Red Bank was arrested on 6-10-10 in the area of E. Bergen Place for Theft by Sgt. Joseph Milko and Ptl. Matthew Ehrenreich.

Susan Porcello, age 55 female of Port Monmouth was arrested on 6-9-10 in the area of Broad St. for Shoplifting by Ptl. Deron Ilarraza.

Alexander Byrd-Kern, age 22 male of Neptune was arrested on 6-8-10 in the area of Shrewsbury Ave. for Receiving Stolen Property by Ptl. James DePonte.

Paul Procopio, age 22 male of Eatontown, Liam Davis, male age 32 of Howell, Rosa Davis, female age 31 of Howell were arrested on 6-5-10 in the area of W. Front St. for Disorderly conduct by Ptl. Patrick Kennedy and Ptl. Gary Watson.

Marco Castillo, age 25 male of Red Bank was arrested on 6-5-10 in the area of Locust Ave. for Simple Assault by Ptl. Gary Watson.

Eder Escalante-Castillo, age 25 male of Red Bank was arrested on 6-4-10 in the area of Shrewsbury Ave. for Poss. of CDS, Heroin, Poss. of CDS Marijuana Under 50 grams and Poss. of Drug Paraphernalia, Hindering Apprehension by Det. Robert Clayton, Ptl. Jorge Torres.
