REPORT: OBSCENE IMAGE DRAWN IN CEMENT

Theft by Deception occurring at Monmouth Street o n 11-4-11. Victim reported that two Hispanic males who offered to buy his wallet and I.D. for $2,000.00 cash approached him. Victim turned over wallet and when he opened the envelope with cash it was filled with cut up newspaper. Ptl. George Travostino.

Theft occurring on 11-6-11 at West Front St.-Restaurant. Victim reported that her purse, which was hanging on the back of chair, was taken by unknown person(s). Contained wallet with cash,, driver license, and I-Phone. Ptl. Matthew Ehrenreich.

Criminal Mischief occurring between 11-5-11 and 11-6-11 at West Street-Liquor Store. Owner reported that unknown person(s) threw a rock at the glass door breaking same. No entry gained. Ptl. Ashon Lovick.

Theft occurring at West Front St.-restaurant/bar on 11-6-11. Victim reported that unknown person(s) stole her purse (Coach) from the back of chair. Contained cash, debit card, driver license and Motorola Droid Cell Phone. Ptl. Patrick Kennedy.

Criminal Mischief occurring at Pinckney Road between 11-4-11 and 11-7-11. Victim reported that unknown person(s) deployed an obscene drawing in wet cement on sidewalk. Ptl. John Camarca.

Theft occurring on 11-7-11 at N. Bridge Ave. property. Victim reported that unknown person(s) stole materials from work site. Ptl. James DePonte.

Criminal Mischief occurring at River Street on 11-8-11. Victim reported that unknown person(s) flattened all tires on parked vehicle by puncturing same. Ptl. James DePonte.

Criminal Mischief occurring on 11-8-11 at Rector Place. Police responded to alarm to discover that unknown subject(s) had broken out the glass panes in rear door of residence and door was ajar. Ptl. James DePonte.

Theft occurring on 11-10-11 at Hudson Ave. Victim reported that unknown person(s) stole a 9′ aluminum ladder, which was leaning against the residence. Ptl. George Travostino.

Charles Meyer, age 39 male of Wall was arrested on 11-10-11 in the area of Broad St. for Criminal Mischief and Contempt of Court by Ptl. Nicholas Maletto.

Jose Carranza, age 29 male of Red Bank was arrested on 11-9-11 in the area of Leighton Ave. for Disorderly Conduct by Ptl. Jorge Torres.

Daniel Simmons, age 22 male of Tinton Falls was arrested on 11-8-11 in the area of Broad St. for Disorderly Conduct by Ptl. Jorge Torres.

Jonathan Straccia, age 21 male of Farmingdale was arrested on 11-8-11 in the area of Broad St. for Disorderly Conduct by Ptl. Heather Pubylski

Thomas Armstrong, age 29 male of Red Bank was arrested on 11-7-11 in the area of Monmouth St. for COC [CONTEMPT OF COURT] Ptl. Jorge Torres.

Eric Kennedy, age 38 male of Eatontown was arrested on 11-6-11 in the area of Monmouth St. for COC by Ptl. Thomas Doremus.

Trevor Anderson, age 23 male of Pt. Pleasant was arrested on 11-6-11 in the area of W. Front St. for Disorderly Conduct by Ptl. Matthew Ehrenreich.

Craig Bolotsky, age 56 male of Bayonne was arrested on 11-5-11 in the area of Maple Ave. for DWI by Ptl. Matthew Ehrenreich.

Benito Pajaro-Luna, age 19 male of Red Bank was arrested on 11-5-11 in the area of Leighton Ave. for Disorderly Conduct by Ptl. Matthew Ehrenreich.

A 13-year-old male juvenile of Red Bank was arrested on 11-5-11 in the area of Monmouth St. for Obstructing Administration of Law by Ptl. Michael Zadlock.

A 16-year-old male juvenile of Neptune was arrested on 11-5-11 in the area of Monmouth St. for Obstructing Administration of Law and Resisting Arrest by Ptl. Michael Zadlock.

Agapito Davila-Sanchez, age 31 male of Red Bank was arrested on 11-5-11 in the area of Bridge Ave for COC by Ptl. Michael Zadlock.

Rudolph Howard, age 60 male of Red Bank was arrested on 11-5-11 in the area of Leighton Ave. for COC by Ptl. Nicholas Maletto.

Michael Carlin, age 46 male of Westfield was arrested on 11-5-11 in the area of Broad St. for Disorderly Conduct by Ptl. David Smith.

Nicolas Luna, age 30 male of Red Bank was arrested on 11-4-11 in the area of Leighton Ave. for Disorderly Conduct by Ptl. Thomas Doremus.

Justin Ballard, age 18 male of Red Bank was arrested on 11-4-11 in the area of Catherine St. for COC by Ptl. Nicholas Maletto.
