Subject identified as Jake Evans age 24 male of Brick was charged with stealing bag of assorted breads and rolls from outside of bakery on 1-15-12 in the area of Monmouth Street.  Ptl. Nicholas Maletto

Criminal Mischief occurring at Morford Place—apartment building on 1-16-12. Manager reported that unknown person(s) broke two entry doors to building by breaking glass in same.

Criminal Mischief occurring on 1-17-12 at Monmouth St. business. Victim reported that window in business had glass smashed. Ptl. Matthew Ehrenreich.

Theft reported on 1-17-12 at Broad Street—Doctor’s office. Report of theft of a prescription pad from office. Ptl. David Hicks.

Theft occurring on 1-17-12 at E. Sunset Ave. Victim reported that unknown person(s) broke window in parked vehicle and stole several tools, one being a jackhammer from truck. Lt. Michael Clay

Criminal Mischief occurring at two locations, on E. Bergen Place on 1-18-12. Victim reported that unknown person(s) shattered rear windows of parked vehicles. Ptl. John Camarca.

Theft occurring on 1-18-12 at W. Front St adjacent garage. Victim reported that unknown person(s) stole his parked automobile described as a 2009 BMW 750, four door color gray, License Plate—ZKJ87H. Lt. Michael Clay.

Criminal Mischief occurring at East Bergen Place between 1-17-12 and 1-18-12. Victim reported that unknown person(s)  shattered rear window of parked vehicle. Ptl. John Camarca.

Criminal Mischief occurring at E. Bergen Place between 1-17-12 and 1-18-12. Victim reported that unknown person(s) shattered front window of vehicle. Ptl. John Camarca.

Auto Theft occurring on Oakland Street on 1-18-12. Victim reported that unknown person(s) stole a parked vehicle described as a 2009 Audi R8, gray in color N.J. Reg. YCZ88Z. Sgt. Robert Kennedy.

Theft reported on 1-19-12 but occurring on 1-17-12 at Catherine Street apartment. Victim reported that unknown person(s) stole a box of prescription medicine that was delivered to her door by UPS. Ptl. Heather Pubylyski.

Theft occurring on 1-9-12 at White Street parking lot. Employee of the Borough of Red Bank reported that unknown person(s) stole a parking meter. Ptl. Nicholas Maletto.

OTHER ARRESTS:

Juan Pacheco, age 39 male of Red Bank, Guillermo Abarca, age 29 male of Red Bank and Jeison Garcia-Alvarado, age 24 male of Red Bank were arrested on 1-18- 12 in the area of E. Front Street for Poss. of CDS, Cocaine, Poss. of CDS, Marijuana under 50 grams, Poss. of CDS w/I to Distribute and Poss of Drug Paraphernalia by Ptl. James DePonte, Ptl. Jorge Torres, Ptl. Garret Falco and Sgt. Robert Clayton.

A male age 17 of Red Bank was arrested on 1-18-12 in the area of St. MaryÂ’s Place for Disorderly Conduct and unlawful Poss. of Weapons by Ptl. Jorge Torres.

A male age 16 of Red Bank was arrested on 1-18-12 in the area of St. MaryÂ’s Place for Disorderly Conduct by Ptl. Garrett Falco

A male age 16 of Red Bank was arrested on 1-18-12 in the area of St. MaryÂ’s Place for Disorderly Conduct by Ptl. Michael Zadlock.

Jose Sarbente-Ascencio, age 20 male of Red Bank was arrested on 1-18-12 in the area of St. MaryÂ’s Place for Disorderly Conduct and Resisting Arrest by Ptl. James DePonte.

Kenneth Persico, age 45 male of Keansburg was arrested on 1-17-12 in the area of Monmouth St for Criminal Mischief and Disorderly Conduct by Ptl. Matthew Ehrenreich.

Thomas Armstrong, age 29 male of Red Bank was arrested on 1-17-12 in the area of Monmouth Street for Disorderly Conduct by Ptl. Patrick Kennedy.

Mary McGee, age 26 female of Red Bank was arrested on 1-17-12 in the area of Monmouth St. for COC [Contempt of Court] by Ptl. David Hicks.

Brittany Erhard, age 22 female of Middletown was arrested on 1-16-12 in the area of Monmouth St. for COC by Ptl. David Smith.

Jake Evans, age 24 male of Brick was arrested on 1-15-12 in the area of Monmouth St. for Theft by Ptl. Nicholas Maletto.

Tawanda Gonzales, age 30 female of Eatontown was arrested on 1-14-12 in the area of Leighton Ave. for COC by Ptl. Michael Zadlock.

Javier Bermudez, age 20 male of Red Bank was arrested on 1-13-12 in the area of S. Pearl St. for Unlawful Poss of Weapon by Ptl. John Camarca.
