• 8/2/12 Ptl. Hostrup took a theft report from Surf Taxi out of Asbury Park, The driver reports that two juveniles ran after failing to pay their fare.

• 8/3/12 Ptl. Hostrup arrested Amanda Lipko, 22, Rumson, for Obstructing the Administration of Law, by providing a false name while on a traffic stop.  Ms. Lipko was released pending court.

• 8/3/12 Ptl. Reevey responded to a Hit and Run Motor Vehicle Accident at the Knights of Columbus.  The driver Paula C. Konnor, 54, Rumson was located and place under arrest for DWI. Mrs. Konnor was released pending court.

• 8/5/12 Cpl. Jarvis took a report of an Attempted Theft, a Juvenile tried to steal a bike from the Krauzers parking lot until he was confronted by the clerk.

• 8/8/12 Ptl. Reevey took a report of Criminal Mischief from a Pine Cove Rd. resident who reported that unknown actor(s) vandalized their back pool area.

• 8/8/12 Ptl. Reevey took a report of Criminal Mischief from a Pine Cove Rd.  Resident reported that unknown actor(s) damaged their pool area.

• 8/9/12 Sgt. Dykstra arrested Luke A. Vinci, 19, Rumson, for being in Contempt of Court out of Red Bank, Mr. Vinci was then found to be in possession of drugs and paraphernalia.  Mr. Vinci was charged with Possession of Under 50g of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.  Mr. Vinci posted bail and was released pending court.

• 8/10/12 Ptl. Hostrup took a Theft report from a Pine Cove Rd. Resident, the resident reported that a flag and flag pole were taken.

• 8/14/12 Ptl. Koetzner took a report of Criminal Mischief from a Forest Ave. Resident who reported that unknown actor(s) removed watermelons from their garden and smashed them.

• 8/15/12 S.O. Murray took a report of Harassment From a Buena Vista Ave. Resident.  The resident reported that an unknown actor called several times using foul language and would just hang up.

• 8/17/12 Ptl. Reevey took a Theft report from a Hendrickson Place resident.  The resident reported that a bike was stolen from their yard over night.

• 8/17/12 Ptl. Reevey took a Theft report from a River Rd. resident.  The resident reports that a garbage can was stolen from his property.

• 8/19/12 Det. Schneider took a report for Fraud, for a victim who reports that a credit card was opened in her name without her knowledge.

• 8/20/12 Ptl. Hostrup arrested Michael Reagan, 57, of Fair Haven, for DWI.  Mr. Reagan was released pending court.

• 8/22/12 Cpl. Jarvis took a report of trespassing at a Vacant River Rd. Home.

• 8/23/12 Cpl. Jarvis took a report of Criminal Mischief where actor(s) damaged a lamp post valued at $300.00 at a Tyson Dr. residnece.

• 8/24/12 Ptl. Reevey arrested Steven J. Komar, 60, of Leonardo for DWI.  Mr. Komer was released pending court.

• 8/24/12 Ptl. Reevey took a report for Criminal Mischief where actor(s) damaged a mail box to a Browns Ln. Home.

•  Ptl. Hostrup Took a report for a House Burglary that took place to a Poplar Ave. residence.  Case being investigated by Det. Schneider.

• Ptl. Lagrotteria arrested a juvenile from Red Bank, for Underage Possession of Alcohol, outside a River Rd. business.

• 8/25/12 Ptl. Reevey took a report for a Theft of clothing from a River Rd. business.

• 8/25/12 Ptl. Hostrup arrested Margareth Mclaughlin, 18, Rumson, for Possession of CDS and Paraphernalia.  Ms. Mclaughlin was released pending court.

• 8/28/12 Cpl. Jarvis took a report for Theft from a vehicle located on Poplar Ave. Det. Schneider investigating.

• 8/29/12 Ptl. Lagrotteria arrested a Juvenile form Red Bank, for Possession of Alcohol Under Age after observing the juvenile on Battin Rd.

•  8/30/12 Ptl. Reevey took a report for Criminal Mischief after a Maple Ave. resident reported that his vehicles tire was slashed.

• 8/31/12 Ptl. Lagrotteria took a report for Theft

• 8/31/12 Ptl. Lagrotteria arrested Taylor A. McEvoy, 20, Fair Haven for being in Contempt of Court.  Bail was posted and Ms. McEvoy was released and given a new court date.
