Theft occurring on 1-25-13 at West Front St.—Restaurant. Victim reported that a GB Apple I Phone was stolen from coat pocket inside of establishment. Ptl. Michael Zadlock.

ARRESTS:
Thomas Armstrong, age 31 male of Red Bank was arrested on 1-30-13 in the area of Monmouth St. for COC [Contempt of Court] by Ptl. Nicholas Maletto.

Daniel P. Tapolow, age 26 male of Belford was arrested on 1-28-13 in the area of Rt. 35 North for DWI by Ptl. Heather Pubylski.

Luis Venegas, age 29 male of Red Bank was arrested on 1-27-13 in the area of River St. for Disorderly Conduct by Ptl. Patrick Kennedy.

Michael Palazzolo, age 22 male of Highlands was arrested on 1-27-13 in the area of Broad St. for Disorderly Conduct by Ptl. David Hicks.

Pedro Estrada-Castabeda, age 28 male of Red Bank was arrested on 1-27-13 in thearea of River St. for COC [Contempt of Court] by Ptl. Nicholas Maletto.

Anthony Jules-DeTouch, age 39 male of Red Bank was arrested on 1-26-13 in the area of Willow St. for Attempt to Elude Police, Obstructing Administration of Law by Ptl. Stan Balmer.

Gilbert Davis, age 25 male of Atlantic Highlands was arrested on 1-26-13 in the area of English Plaza for Disorderly Conduct by Ptl. Heather Pubylski.

Kristie Lepard, age 22 female of Middletown was arrested on 1-25-13 in the area of Riverside Ave. for DWI and Poss. of CDS by Ptl. Beau Broadley and Ptl. James DePonte.

LITTLE SILVER: THEFTS REPORTED AT RBR

• September 3- A business on Sycamore Ave. reported Criminal Mischief after discovering that the side of the building had been spray painted. P.O. Paul Halpin investigated.

• September 7- A student at Red Bank Regional High School reported a Theft after noticing that his watch had been stolen from his gym locker while attending football practice. P.O. Robert Chenoweth investigated.

call-in-the-authorities• 9/4/12 S.O. Berger and Ptl. Schneider of the Rumson PD assisted Ptl. Hostrup and Ptl. Patton with the arrest of two juveniles at McCarter’s park across from Willow St.  The juveniles were found to be in possession of CDS and paraphernalia.  Juveniles were released to the custody of their parents.

• 9/4/12 Ptl. Hostrup arrested a 17 year old Juvenile from Leonardo, for DWI.  The juvenile was release to his parent pending court.

• 9/8/12 Ptl. Hostrup arrested   Dana J. Notarnicola, 46, Middletown, and John A. Lytle Jr., 29, Highlands, for Possession of Marijuana under 50 grams.  Both were released pending court.

VICTIM REPORTS PARKING LOT MUGGING

Criminal Mischief occurring at East Westside Ave. between the dates of 8-30-12 and 9-7-12. Victim reported that unknown person(s) damaged parked vehicle by scratching the entire side. Ptl. Jhonatan Quispe.

Attempted Robbery and Assault occurring at Pinckney Road parking lot of apartment complex on 9-7-12. Victim reported that an unknown male subject assaulted him in the parking lot of the complex, striking the victim on the right side of body while demanding that the victim turn over his watch. Victim refused to give the perpetrator his watch and defended himself by striking back. The accused fled. Ptl. Garrett Falco.

• 8/2/12 Ptl. Hostrup took a theft report from Surf Taxi out of Asbury Park, The driver reports that two juveniles ran after failing to pay their fare.

• 8/3/12 Ptl. Hostrup arrested Amanda Lipko, 22, Rumson, for Obstructing the Administration of Law, by providing a false name while on a traffic stop.  Ms. Lipko was released pending court.

• 8/3/12 Ptl. Reevey responded to a Hit and Run Motor Vehicle Accident at the Knights of Columbus.  The driver Paula C. Konnor, 54, Rumson was located and place under arrest for DWI. Mrs. Konnor was released pending court.

Thomas Mannion, 22 of Fair Haven, was arrested on 2/6/12 by Ptl. Patton and charged with DWI subsequent to a motor vehicle accident. Mr. Mannion was released with a pending court date.

BUSY HOLIDAYS FOR MIDDLETOWN POLICE

call-in-the-authorities• On December 28, 2011 Detective Adam Finck arrested Jose Luciano, age 32, from Reidway Place in Freehold, NJ, as a result of an investigation into a burglary at a residence on Cypress Neck Road in the Lincroft section of Middletown. Police say Luciano was identified after a witness observed him leaving the residence.

Luciano was arrested after police in Middlesex County took him into custody on other charges. He was being held on the Middletown charges at the Middlesex County Jail on $35,000.00 bail set by Judge Richard Thompson.
