VICTIM REPORTS PARKING LOT MUGGING

call-in-the-authoritiesThe crime reports below were provided by the Red Bank Police Department for the period of September 7 to September 14, 2012. This information is unedited.

Criminal Mischief occurring at East Westside Ave. between the dates of 8-30-12 and 9-7-12. Victim reported that unknown person(s) damaged parked vehicle by scratching the entire side. Ptl. Jhonatan Quispe.

Attempted Robbery and Assault occurring at Pinckney Road parking lot of apartment complex on 9-7-12. Victim reported that an unknown male subject assaulted him in the parking lot of the complex, striking the victim on the right side of body while demanding that the victim turn over his watch. Victim refused to give the perpetrator his watch and defended himself by striking back. The accused fled. Ptl. Garrett Falco.

Theft occurring on 9-10-12 at Monmouth St. Victim reported that unknown person(s) stole her handbag from parked car, which contained credit cards, cash, keys and Apple I-Phone. Later that evening the purse was recovered on the street, however, missing was the cash, car keys and I-Phone. Ptl. David Smith.

Theft occurring on 9-12-12 at Bridge Ave. bakery. Owner reported that unknown subject stole a black wallet, which was on counter, which contained cash and credit cards. Owner of wallet had called to report wallet missing and the surveillance tape revealed the theft of the wallet. Ptl. Jhonathan Quispe.

Theft occurring on 9-12-12 at Gold Street. Victim reported that his laptop was stolen from inside parked vehicle. Ptl. Joshua Berbrick.

Theft occurring on 9-13-12 at Maple Ave. Victim reported that his wallet was either lost or stolen while at the gym. Wallet was brown leather Coach wallet containing cash, credit cards and I.D. Ptl. Nicholas Maletto.

Criminal Mischief occurring on 9-13-12. Victim reported that her vehicle was parked in two locations in Red Bank that being Chestnut Street and Water Street. Sometime during that time unknown person(s) scratched the entire length of her passenger side on parked vehicle. Ptl. Garrett Falco.

ARRESTS:

Cynthia Jiano, age 55 female of Manalapan was arrested on 9-13-12 in the area of Monmouth St. for Theft by Inv. Robert Campanella.

Megan McCaffrey, age 46 of Red Bank was arrested on 9-13-12 in the area of W. Front St. for COC by Ptl. Heather Pubylski.

George Guillemette, age 39 male of Sea Girt was arrested on 9-13-12 in the area of Monmouth St for COC by Ptl. Michael Zadlock.

Victor Maravilla-Florencio, age 28 male of Brooklyn, NY was arrested on 9-12-12 in the area of Herbert St. for Harassment by Jhonatan Quispe.

Aslin Colin, age 25 male of Ocean was arrested on 9-11-12 in the area of Rector Place for Poss. of CDS, Cocaine, Poss. of Drug Paraphernalia, Poss. of CDS, Cocaine w/I to Dist CDS and COC. By Ptl. Stan Balmer.

Anderson Edouard, age 21 male of Eatontown was arrested on 9-11-12 in the area of Rector Place for Poss. of CDS, Cocaine, Poss. of Drug paraphernalia, Poss. of CDS, Cocaine w/I to Dist. by Ptl. Stan Balmer.

Daevon LeGrand, age 20 male of Eatontown was arrested on 9-11-12 in the area of Rector Place for Poss. of CDS, Cocaine, Poss. of Drug Paraphernalia, Poss of CDS, Cocaine w/I to Dist and COC by Ptl. Stan Balmer.

Mark DeGenito, age 48 male of Red Bank was arrested on 9-11-12 in the area of W. Bergen Place for Defiant Trespass and Criminal Mischief and COC by Ptl. David Hicks.

Anthony Sims, age 56 male of Red Bank was arrested on 9-11-12 in the area of South Bridge Ave. for COC by Ptl. Stan Balmer.

Emese Ignacova age 50 female of Rahway was arrested on 9-10-12 in the area of Broad St for Theft by Inv. Robert Campanella.

Brian Bolante, age 34 male of Holmdel was arrested on 9-9-12 in the area of Shrewsbury Ave. for COC by Ptl. Garrett Falco.

A male age 16 of Red Bank was arrested on 9-9-12 in the area of W. Sunset Ave. for Disorderly Conduct by Sgt. Robert Clayton.

Jose Bonilla, age 33 male of Red Bank was arrested on 9-9-12 in the area of W. Sunset Ave. for Disorderly Conduct by Ptl. Garrett Falco.

Gerardo Flores-Beltran, age 25 male of Red Bank was arrested on 9-9-12 in the area of W. Sunset Ave. for Disorderly Conduct by Ptl. James DePonte.

Wilfredo Bonilla, age 24 male of Red Bank was arrested on 9-9-12 in the area of W. Sunset for Disorderly conduct by Ptl. Jorge Torres.

Nima Rahimi, age 24 male of Red Bank was arrested on 9-8-12 in the area of Monmouth St. for COC by Ptl. Garrett Falco.

Christopher Ruocco, age 22 male of Colts Neck was arrested on 9-8-12 in the area of Broad St. for DWI by Capt. Darren McConnell. [UPDATE: On November 18, 2012, Ruocco pleaded guilty to refusal to take a breathalyzer test and the DWI charge was dismissed, according to court records.]

Anthony Browne, age 34 male of Holmdel was arrested on 9-7-12 in the area of Rt. 34, Middletown for COC by Ptl. Patrick Kennedy.
