call-in-the-authorities• 9/4/12 S.O. Berger and Ptl. Schneider of the Rumson PD assisted Ptl. Hostrup and Ptl. Patton with the arrest of two juveniles at McCarter’s park across from Willow St.  The juveniles were found to be in possession of CDS and paraphernalia.  Juveniles were released to the custody of their parents.

• 9/4/12 Ptl. Hostrup arrested a 17 year old Juvenile from Leonardo, for DWI.  The juvenile was release to his parent pending court.

• 9/8/12 Ptl. Hostrup arrested   Dana J. Notarnicola, 46, Middletown, and John A. Lytle Jr., 29, Highlands, for Possession of Marijuana under 50 grams.  Both were released pending court.

• 9/10/12 Det. Schneider Took a Theft report from a former Cedar Ave. Resident who stated that a moving company has not delivered any of her belongings for over a month to her new address in Arizona.

• 9/10/12 Cpl. Waltz arrested Saul Lopez,34, Red Bank, for Contempt of Court,  Mr. Lopez posted the full bail amount and was given a new court date.

• 9/13/12 Ptl. Reevey , Ptl. Lagrotteria and Sgt. Lambert arrested the following: Paul J. Kaltenborn, 37, Fair Haven, Jordan Harris, 23, Fair Haven and Michael J. Gaynor, 28, Rumson for Possession of CDS (White Powder Substance).  Additional Mr. Gaynor was also in Possession of under 50 grams of Marijuana.  All parties were released pending court.  The Monmouth County Sheriff’s Department also assisted and sent Sheriff’s Officer Kroeper and K-9 Evan.

• 9/20/12 Cpl. Waltz took a Burglary to a vehicle report from a Woodland Dr. resident.  One car was gone through which was unlocked the other vehicle the passenger side window was smashed.  Case turned over to Det. Schneider.
