FAIR HAVEN CHARGES TWO WITH BURGLARY

Recent activity reports, unedited, as provided by the Fair Haven Police Department.

call-in-the-authorities• 10/1/12 Det. Schneider signed complaints against Rufus Monroe of 92 Peach St. Tinton Falls.  Mr. Monroe was charged with Burglary, Theft and Credit Card Theft.   This was in reference to an incident that happen on 8/28/12 at a Poplar Ave. address.  Mr. Monroe was remanded to the custody of the Monmouth County Correctional Institute.  Bail was put at $30,000 no 10%.

• 10/13/12 Ptl. Lagrotteria and S.O. Murray responded to a Fair Haven Rd. address for a report of an intoxicated Juvenile the juvenile was released to a family guardian.

• 10/14/12 Ptl. Lagrotteria, S.O. Murray and Det. Schneider responded to a 2nd St. Address for a report of a House Burglary.  The victims reported that items taken value around $4,000.  Det. Schneider investigating.

• 10/15/12Ptl. Patton and Ptl. Hostrup responded to a River Rd. address for a Theft of a lawn sign.

• 10/19/12 S.O. Stenger arrested Diana L. Coyne, 59, of Little Silver for DWI.  The accused was released pending court.  Sgt. Dykstra and Cpl. Waltz assisted.

• 10/19/12 Ptl. Reevey and Det. Schneider responded to a Fairwaters Ln. address for a report of Burglary to a shed.  The value of the items taken were reported at $15,000.  Det. Schneider investigating.

• 10/25/12 Det. Schneider arrested John J. Matteucci 3rd, 24, of Middletown and charged him with Burglary and Theft.  This was in reference to an incident that happen on 10/19/12 to a Fairwaters Ln address.  Remanded to Monmouth County Correctional Institute on $25,000 no 10%.

• 10/30/12 Sgt. Dykstra,Ptl. Lagrotteria and S.O. Murray responded to a River Rd. Business for a report of an Attempted Burglary.

• 11/15/12 Cpl. Waltz took a report of credit card Fraud from a Harrison Ave. resident.

• 11/15/12 Sgt. Dykstra arrested three juveniles two from Fair Haven and one from Rumson.  The juveniles were charged with Possession of under 50 grams of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.  Juveniles were released to the custody of their parents.

• 11/17/12 Ptl. Reevey arrested Benjamin P. Ware, 22, of Eatontown with Possession of under 50 grams of Marijuana, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and a $700 COC Warrant out of Eatontown.   Mr. Ware posted the bail and was released pending court.

• 11/17/12 Ptl. Hostrup arrested Allison E. Mcknight, 42, of Freehold with DWI.  Ms. McKnight was released pending court.  Sgt. Lambert assisted.

• 11/22/12 Ptl. Patton and Ptl. Hostrup took a report of Vandalism which occurred to a vehicle parked at a Forest Ave. address.

• 11/23/12 Sgt. Dykstra arrested Aidan M. Hilton, 20, of Burlington Vermont for Possession of under 50 grams of Marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia in addition he was issued a summons for Urinating in Public.  Mr. Hilton was released pending court.  Ptl. Hostrup assisted.
