CRIMES:
Burglary occurring on 5-18-14 at Harding Road—office. Victim reported that unknown person(s) gained entry into office by breaking glass in windowpane and prying door open. Office was disheveled. Unknown at this time if anything was stolen. Ptl. Benjamin Springer.

Criminal Mischief occurring between 5-18-14 and 5-19-14 at White St. business. Owner of business reported that unknown subject(s) damaged planter pots in front of store by destroying flowers and over turning pots. Ptl. Tanner Shea.

Theft occurring on Monmouth St on 5-20-14. Victim reported that unknown subject(s) stole his I Phone from backpack while at the business. Ptl. Tanner Shea.

Theft occurring on 5-20-14 at East Bergen Place residence. Victim reported that unknown person(s) stole 30 music CD’s from house. Ptl. Michael Zadlock.

Theft occurring between 5-24-14 and 5-25-14 at Union Street. Victim reported that unknown person(s) stole hubcaps from parked vehicle and the driver side rear door was dented. Ptl. Paul Perez.

Criminal Mischief occurring at River St. on 5-27-14. Victim reported that the nameplate holder on 5’ tall post in yard was bent by unknown person(s). Ptl. Stanley Balmer.

Theft occurring at Harding Road – School. Report of theft of flowers on three dates that being, 5-16, 5-21, 5-22 from flowerbed in front of school. Ptl. David Smith.

Theft occurring on Shrewsbury Ave. on 5-27-14, medical clinic. Employee reported that unknown person(s) stole her cell phone described as an Apple I Phone. Ptl. Stanley Balmer.

Theft occurring at Harding Road on 5-27-14 – school. Victim reported that unknown person(s) stole her I Phone from desk in classroom. Sgt. Joey Fields.

Criminal Mischief occurring on 5-29-14 at Monmouth St. business. Victim reported that unknown person(s) broke glass out of window. No entry gained nor anything stolen. Ptl. Paul Perez.

Theft occurring on 5-30-14 at Maple Ave. Victim reported that unknown person(s) stole bike from rack, described as a KHS Hybrid Mountain bike color black. Ptl. Stanley Balmer.

Criminal Mischief occurring at River St. on 5-30-14. Victim reported that unknown person(s) damaged porch light. Ptl. Benjamin Springer.

Theft occurring on 6—2-14 at West Front St. business. Victim reported that unknown person(s) stole an I Phone from locker room. Ptl. Garrett Falco.

Theft occurring on 6-2-14 at East Front Street. Victim reported that his skateboard was stolen from outside of building. Ptl. Paul Perez

Theft occurring on Maple Avenue on 6-2-14. Victim reported that his I Phone was stolen from locker room in gym. Ptl. Tanner Shea.

Criminal Mischief occurring on 6-3-14 at Linden Place. Victim reported that unknown person(s) shattered passenger side window of parked vehicle. Ptl. Gary Watson.

Criminal Mischief occurring between 5-31-14 and 6-4-14 at Chestnut St. Victim reported that unknown subject damaged and chipped approximately eight pavers on the side of the building. Ptl. Nicholas Maletto.

Michael Muller, age 30 male of Red Bank was arrested on 6-3-14 in the area of Maple Ave. for COC [Contempt of Court] by Ptl. Cevin Albert.

Maximilia Olivera-Perez, age 41 male of Tinton Falls was arrested on 6-2-14 in the area of S. Pearl St. for Criminal Mischief and Simple Assault by Ptl. Gary Watson.

Donald Martin, age 46 male of Red Bank was arrested on 6-1-14 in the area of Leighton Ave. for COC by Ptl. Jhonatan Quispe.

Larry Martin, age 35 male of Red Bank was arrested on 5-31-14 in the area of River St. for COC by Ptl. Jhonatan Quispe.

Christian Subiabre, age 34 male of Weehawkin, NJ was arrested on 5-31-14 in the area of River Road, Rumson, NJ for DWI by Chief Darren McConnell.

Sue Lefkowitz, age 58 female of Middletown was arrested on 5-30-14 in the area of Riverside Ave. for Poss. of CDS, Marijuana under 50 grams by Chief Darren McConnell.

Amir Spoonire age 18 female of Brick NJ was arrested on 5-31-14 in the area of William St. for Poss. of Drug Paraphernalia by Ptl. Stanley Balmer.

Luis Valverde-Mora, age 36 male of Red Bank was arrested on 5-31-14 in the area of Bank St. for Poss. of CDS, Marijuana under 50 grams by Ptl. Sean Hauschildt.

David Budz, age 29 male of Elmwood Park NJ was arrested on 5-30-14 in the area of Water St. for Shoplifting by Ptl. Jhonatan Quispe.

Zachary Dugan, age 20 male of Cherry Hill, NJ was arrested on 5-29-14 in the area of Monmouth St. for Poss. of CDS, Marijuana under 50 grams by Ptl. Garrett Falco.

Michael Schwoerer, age 50 male of Keyport was arrested on 5-29-14 in the area of Shrewsbury Ave. for COC and Poss. of Drug Paraphernalia by Ptl. Shane Dengel.
