For the second time in recent weeks, a craft beer operation has confirmed plans for a microbrewery in downtown Red Bank.
And according to Google Maps, it’s less than 500 feet away from the first.

The ever-fluid mix of stores in downtown Red Bank continues to churn with the disappearance in recent days of Heritage Liquors from the corner of Broad and East Front Streets.
Eric Eremita, a television personality who bought the building from store owner Ktae Sun Pae last November for $700,000, says Pae “left very abruptly” about 10 days ago, taking her inventory of wine, beer and spirits with her.

A red Bank storefront that over the past 20 years has been a CPA’s office, a theater, a store selling Hollywood memorabilia and a long-empty shell now has permission to become a restaurant.
The Red Bank planning board approved Wadsworth Properties’ application Monday night for change of use at 42 Monmouth Street, which last saw use as the home of Fameabilia.
