Criminal Mischief occurring on 5-3-13 at Chestnut and West Street. Victim reported that person threw a water bottle out of window of bus, striking his vehicle and damaging the plastic guard below the windshield wipers. Ptl. David Hicks.
Criminal Mischief occurring between 5-3-13 and 5-4-13 at East Front St. Victim reported that unknown person(s) entered two vacant apartments and damaged the walls by placing holes in same. Ptl. George Travostino.
On April 18, 2013 at approximately 5:40 am a black male subject, approximately 6′-0″ tall with a stocky build and a thin goatee beard, wearing black jeans, a black long sleeve shirt and a yellow baseball hat entered the Raceway Gas Station located at Highway 35 and Pine Street in Middletown.
The subject displayed a silver colored revolver handgun and demanded cash from the attendant.

A 51-year-old bicyclist was taken to a hospital after a collision with a car on Newman Springs Road Wednesday morning, Red Bank police said.
Alfonso Kelly was transported to Jersey Shore Medical Center in Neptune with unknown, but non-life-threatening injuries following the 7:28 a.m. accident, said Captain Darren McConnell.
The car’s driver, 17-year-old Lauren Fitzpatrick, of Jackson Township, was issued a summons for failure to yield, McConnell said.

Geoffrey Guido, age 54, from Leonard Avenue in Atlantic Highlands, NJ, arrested on August 27, 2012 by Patrolman John Mele on a Contempt of Court warrant issued by the Tinton Falls Municipal Court. He was released after posting $135.00 bail.
Walter Brown, age 36, from Redwood Drive in Eatontown, NJ, arrested on August 26, 2012 by Patrolman Brian McGrogan for Simple Assault. He was released after posting $2,500.00 bail with a 10% option set by Judge Richard Thompson.
Michael Patrick, age 18, from Walnut Avenue in Middletown, NJ, arrested on August 26, 2012 by Patrolman Raymond Sofield for Obstructing the Administration of Law. He was released pending a court date.

On June 20, 2011 at approximately 11:50 am Patrolman Thomas Meckier was on patrol in the area of Main Street in Port Monmouth when he observed a vehicle driving on Main Street that fit the description of a suspicious vehicle that was seen in the area earlier in the day. Officer Meckier attempted to stop the vehicle in the area of Main Street when the driver, identified as Richard Stavola, age 23, from Kings Highway East fled from the vehicle and ran into a house on Main Street.

Red Bank Police have arrested four suspects after a two-prong raid on the West Side Thursday, they announced today.
The busts, which culminated a two-month investigation done in conjunction with the State Police, resulted in the seizure of two caches of crack cocaine, marijuana and a pair of handguns, according to an announcement by Chief Steve McCarthy.
