• Walter Brown, age 36, from Redwood Drive in Eatontown, NJ, arrested on August 26, 2012 by Patrolman Brian McGrogan for Simple Assault. He was released after posting $2,500.00 bail with a 10% option set by Judge Richard Thompson.

• Michael Patrick, age 18, from Walnut Avenue in Middletown, NJ, arrested on August 26, 2012 by Patrolman Raymond Sofield for Obstructing the Administration of Law. He was released pending a court date.

• Anastasia Reynolds, age 47, from Seaview Avenue in Keansburg, NJ, arrested on August 26, 2012 by Patrolman Keith Hirschbein on a Contempt of Court warrant issued by the Long Branch Municipal Court. She was released after posting $75.00 bail.

• John Carroll, age 38, from Kings Highway East in Middletown, NJ, arrested on August 26, 2012 by Corporal Bernie Chenoweth for Simple Assault, Criminal Mischief and Criminal Trespass. He was released after posting $5,000.00 bail with a 10% option.

• Alice Terranova, age 52, from York Avenue in Port Monmouth, NJ, arrested on August 26, 2012 by Corporal Bernie Chenoweth on a Contempt of Court warrant issued by the Middletown Municipal Court. She was released on her own recognizance pending a court date.

• Andres Rodriguez, age30, from 5th Street in Union City, NJ, arrested on August 25, 2012 by Corporal Bernie Chenoweth on a Contempt of Court warrant issued by the Jersey City Municipal Court. He was released after posting $3,500.00 bail with a 10% option.

•Catherine Paissides, age 45, from Lincoln Place in Wayne, NJ, arrested on August 25, 2012 by Patrolman Raymond Sofield for Possession of under 50 Grams of Marijuana, Disorderly Conduct and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. She was released pending a court date. [UPDATE, August 31, 2015: The arrest record and conviction in this case were ordered expunged by Monmouth County Superior Court Judge John T. Mullaney, Jr. on June 4, 2015.]

• Anthony Jackson, age 20, from Howard Avenue in Tinton Falls, NJ, arrested on August 24, 2012 by Police Officer Lisa Vreeland for Possession of under 50 Grams of Marijuana, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Possession/Consumption of Alcohol Underage and on a Contempt of Court warrant issued by the Eatontown Municipal Court. He was released after posting $366.00 bail.

• Samson Hearn, age 30, from Maple Avenue in Fair Haven, NJ, arrested on August 25, 2012 by Patrolman Savino Capilupi for Disorderly Conduct. He was released pending a court date.

• Hassan Aly, age 23, from Andrew Drive in Monroe, NJ, arrested on August 26, 2012 by Patrolman John Mele for Driving While Intoxicated. He was released pending a court date.

• Robert Strong, age 36, from Cross Road in Matawan, NJ, arrested on August 27, 2012 by Detective Kimberly Best for Sexual Assault and Endangering the Welfare of a Child. He was held on $300,000.00 bail set by Judge Richard English of the Monmouth County Superior Court.

• Ronald Shopp, age 25, from Elm Street in Belford, NJ, arrested on August 27, 2012 by Patrolman Keith Hirschbein for Unlawful Possession of Oxycodone, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Possession of Oxycodone with the Intent to Distribute and on a Contempt of Court warrant issued by the Middletown Municipal Court. He was held on $10,000.00 bail with no 10% option set by Judge Richard Thompson.

• Craig Espeseth, age 43, from South Saint Asaph Street in Alexandria, VA, arrested on September 2, 2012 by Patrolman Albert Scott for Driving While Intoxicated and Assault by Auto. He was held on $5,000.00 bail with a 10% option set by Judge Richard Thompson.

• Andre Hill, age 31, from Clark Street in Rahway, NJ, arrested on September 1, 2012 by Patrolman Michael Nolan on a Contempt of Court warrant issued by the Middletown Municipal Court. He was held on $1,000.00 bail.

• On August 30, 2012 Patrolman Brady Carr arrested a 17 year old female juvenile from Belford, NJ, for Possession of under 50 Grams of Marijuana. She was released pending a court date.
