LITTLE SILVER: TWO ARRESTED AFTER DISPUTE

Two men were arrested on a leafy Little Silver street Sunday afternoon after what appeared to be a dispute over missing money, police said.

According to Chief Dan Shaffery, police responded to an anonymous call reporting a robbery on Grant Place around 4 p.m.

Two men were stopped on Grant Place, where one of them told police that the other had visited him at his home, on nearby Pinckney Road, and that $200 was missing after the visitor left.

FOUR IN POLICE CUSTODY FOR RBR TRESPASS

Four non-student teenagers were arrested on trespassing charges today after they entered Red Bank Regional High with the intent of setting a gripe with a student, Little Silver police said.

No weapons were involved, no one was injured, according to police.

The Asbury Park Press reports that an RBR student mistakenly allowed the four into the locked building’s cafeteria late this morning.
