Today’s edition of Red Bank oRBit pops in on Readies, a half-century-old Monmouth Street deli and caterer whose owner, Tom Fishkin, has a fondness for naming sandwiches after local people and institutions.

There’s even one named for the Dublin House, where one might also buy a sandwich. Talk about embracing competition with two hands…
