Criminal Mischief occurring at Catherine St. on 10-15-10. Unknown person(s) spray painted graffiti on building. Ptl. Heather Pubylski.

Theft occurring on 10-16-10 at English Plaza parking lot. Victim reported that unknown person(s) stole cash from console of parked car. Ptl. Heather Pubylski.

Theft occurring on 10-17-10 at Catherine St. Victim reported that cash and a Nintendo Wii were stolen from room in residence. Ptl. Paul Perez.

Theft occurring at West Westside Ave. on 10-18-10. Victim reported that brown leather wallet containing I.D. was stolen from residence. Ptl. Robert Campanella.

Criminal Mischief occurring at W. Front St.-Riverside Park between 10-15-10 and 10-18-10. A report of two security shutters attached to the concession stand were damaged and forced open by unknown person(s). Ptl. Gary Watson, Jr.

Vehicle Burglary on 10-19-10 at Drummond Ave. Victim reported that unknown person(s) entered parked vehicle and opened glove box and center console strewing items around. No report of anything missing. Ptl. Nicholas Maletto.

Vehicle Burglary occurring at West Sunset on 10-19-10. Report of unknown subject(s) breaking into vehicle and rummaging through glove box. Nothing stolen. Ptl. Robert Campanella.

Burglary occurring at Harrison on 10-20-10. Victim reported that unknown person(s) gained entry into residence by removing screen from window and popping window open. Stolen was, lap top, IPod, flat screen television, camera and several pieces of jewelry. Ptl. Paul Perez. Inv. Wendy Samis.

Theft occurring between 10-19-10 and 10-22-10 at Pearl Street. Victim reported that unknown person(s) stole items from parked vehicle. Stolen from vehicle, were sunglasses, cash, CD’s and silver jewelry. Also the rear view mirror was damaged. Ptl Matthew Ehrenreich.

Theft occurring on 10-08-10 but reported on 10-20-10 at the Red Bank Armory Ice Rink on Chestnut Street. Victim reported that cash was stolen from locker room. Ptl. James DePonte.

Thefts occurring at Chestnut St.-Red Bank Armory. Three victims reported that on 10-21-10 while playing hockey unknown person(s) removed cash from locker room from gear bags belonging to all of them. Ptl. James DePonte.

ARRESTS: 5 Contempt of Court

OTHER ARRESTS:
Donald Martin, male age 45 from Red Bank was arrested on 10-20-10 in the area of W. Bergen Place for Poss. of CDS, Cocaine by Ptl. James DePonte.

Mildred Johnson, female age 55 of Red Bank was arrested on 10-18-10 in the area of Leighton Ave. for Simple Assault by Ptl. Nicholas Maletto.

Jose Menez-Ramirez, age 22 male of Red Bank was arrested on 10-18-10 in the area of English Plaza for Disorderly Conduct by Sgt. Robert Gannon.

Mario Ponce, age 26 male from Red Bank was arrested on 10-18-10 in the area of English Plaza for Disorderly Conduct by Sgt. Robert Gannon.

Douglas Blecker, age 39 male of Lawrence Harbor was arrested on 10-16-10 in the area of Monmouth St. for Simple Assault by Ptl. George Travostino. [UPDATE: The case against Blecker, who pleaded not guilty, was dismissed by the municipal court on February 3, 2011.]
