FAKE LICENSE LANDS WOMAN IN JAIL

• On November 2, 2011 at approximately 8:20 am Patrolman Robert McNair and Patrolman Darrin Simon responded to the WAWA store on Highway 36 in reference to a report of a vehicle that had just been stolen from the parking lot. The vehicle had been left running and unattended while the owner went into the store. The description of the vehicle was broadcasted to officer in the area as well as to surrounding towns.

Lieutenant Friedman of the Sea Bright Police Department observed the vehicle being operated on Highway 36 in Sea Bright at which point he was able to stop the vehicle and take the suspect, identified as Paul Barlow, age 36, from Montrose, PA, into custody.

Patrolman McNair charged Barlow with Theft and he being held at the Monmouth County Correctional Facility in Freehold, NJ, on $10,000.00 bail set by Judge Richard Thompson.

• The Middletown Police Department reports the arrests of the following subjects for various offenses:

Krystalle Dipoalo, age 20, from Durant Avenue in Holmdel, NJ, arrested on November 1, 2011 by Patrolman Brian Dilworth for Possession of under 50 Grams of Marijuana. She was released pending a court date.

Lindsey Pearce, age 20, from Thorne Lane in Old Bride, NJ, arrested on November 1, 2011 by Patrolman Michael Reuter for Possession of under 50 Grams of Marijuana. He was released pending a court date.

Robert Carpino, ahe 20, from Hillside Avenue in Barnegat, NJ, arrested on November 1, 2011 by Patrolman Brian Dilworth for Possession of under 50 Grams of Marijuana. He was released pending a court date.

John Lewis, age 39, from Gillville Lane in Middletown, NJ, arrested on November 1, 2011 by Patrolman Charles Higgins for Simple Assault. He was held on $2,500.00 bail with a 10% option set by Judge Richard Thompson.

Steven Ettis, age 24, from Collins Avenue in Port Monmouth, NJ, arrested on November 1, 2011 by Corporal Richard Fusella for Driving While Intoxicated, Possession of under 50 Grams of Marijuana and Violation of a Court. He was being held at the Monmouth County Correctional Facility in Freehold, NJ.

Lucas Lavecchia, age 22, from Lake Avenue in Lyndhurst, NJ, on November 1, 2011 by Patrolman Richard Fulham and Patrolman Stephen Greenwood of the Quality of Life Unit for Unlawful Possession of Suboxone. He was held on $500.00 bail with a 10% option set by Judge Richard Thompson.

Daniel Carfagno, age 23, from Lakeland Drive in Port Monmouth, NJ, arrested on November 2, 2011 by Patrolman Richard Fulham and Patrolman Stephen Greenwood of the Quality of Life Unit for Possession of under 50 Grams of Marijuana. He was released pending a court date.

Sean Gilroy, age 23, from Richard Terrace in Red Bank, NJ, arrested on November 2, 2011 by Patrolman Stephen Greenwood and Patrolman Richard Fulham of the Quality of Life Unit for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. He was released pending a court date.

Christopher Gill, age 19, from Grafton Avenue in Newark, NJ, arrested on November 2, 2011 by Patrolman Stephen Greenwood and Patrolman Richard Fulham of the Quality of Life Unit for Possession of under 50 Grams of Marijuana. He was released pending a court date.

James Huber, age 21, from Brainard Avenue in Port Monmouth, NJ, arrested on November 2, 2011 by Patrolman Stephen Greenwood and Patrolman Richard Fulham of the Quality of Life Unit for Possession of under 50 Grams of Marijuana. He was released pending a court date.

Alexandria Zotti, age 46, from Cedar Avenue in West End, NJ, arrested on November 2, 2011 by Patrolman Anthony Bumbico for Driving While Intoxicated, Driving While Suspended and Reckless Driving. She was released pending a court date.

Daniel Giudice, age 22, from Forest Avenue in Atlantic Highlands, NJ, arrested on November 2, 2011 by Sergeant James Prosinski on a Contempt of Court warrant issued by the Middletown Municipal Court. He was released after posting $500.00 bail.

Amanda Lind, age 18, from Trimbleford Lane in Middletown, NJ, arrested on November 2, 2011 by Patrolman Richard Fulham and Patrolman Stephen Greenwood of the Quality of Life Unit for Possession of under 50 Grams of Marijuana and on a Contempt of Court warrant issued by the Holmdel Municipal Court. She was released after posting $1,500.00 bail.

Catherine Joyce-Gomez, age 50, from Atlantic Avenue in Keyport, NJ, arrested on November 2, 2011 by Patrolman Brian Dilworth for Shoplifting from the Sears Store, Possession of Cocaine, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and on Contempt of Court warrants issued by the Keansburg, and Holmdel Municipal Court. She was held on $1075.00 bail.

Shaft Page, age 37, from First Street in Keyport, NJ, arrested on November 2, 2011 by Patrolman Brian Dilworth for Shoplifting from the Sears Store and Endangering the Welfare of an Incompetent Person. He was held on $7.500.00 bail set by Judge Richard Thompson.

Denise Nodine, age 34, from Bernard Drive in Lincroft, NJ, arrested on November 1, 2011 by Patrolman Greg Buhowski on a Violation of a Court Order. She was being held at the Monmouth County Correctional Facility in Freehold, NJ.

Coleman Furlow, age 56, from Dale Road in Middletown, NJ, arrested on November 2, 2011 by Patrolman Nicholas Fenezia for Driving While Intoxicated, Obstructing an Investigation and Resisting Arrest. He was released pending a court date.

Gerald Payne, age 19, from Union Avenue in Red Bank, NJ, arrested on November 3, 2011 by Corporal Gerald Weimer for Shoplifting from the Sears Store. He was released pending a court date.

Susmitha Danduphanileela, age 22, from Knollwood Drive in Middletown, arrested on November 3, 2011 by Patrolman Brian McGrogan for Shoplifting from the Kohls Store. She was released pending a court date.

James Rogers, age 41, from Oak Street in Keansburg, NJ, arrested on November 3, 2011 by Patrolman Darrin Simon on Contempt of Court warrants issued by the Aberdeen and Keansburg Municipal Courts and a Civil Contempt warrant issued by the Ocean County Superior Court. He was being held at the Ocean County Correctional Facility.

Jeanne Beltran, age 36, from Park Avenue in Port Monmouth, NJ, arrested on November 3, 2011 by Patrolman Anthony Bumbico for Simple Assault. She was released pending a court date.

John Lee, age 32, from Park Avenue in Interlaken, NJ, arrested on November 3, 2011 by Lieutenant Ernest Volkland on a Contempt of Court warrant issued by the Middletown Municipal Court. He was released after posting $250.00 bail.

Leandrae Maxie, age 30, Pear Street in Tinton Falls, NJ, arrested on November 4, 2011 by Patrolman Adam Colfer for Driving While Intoxicated and on several Contempt of court warrants issued by the Tinton Falls, Eatontown, Howell, Oakhurst and Asbury Park Municipal Courts. He was held on $4,850.00 bail.

Taryn Ellis, age 20, from Waterwitch Avenue in Highlands, NJ, arrested on November 3, 2011 by Patrolman Richard Fulham and Patrolman Stephen Greenwood of the Quality of Life Unit for Receiving Stolen Property, Possession of a Fake Driver’s License and Conspiracy. She was held on $10,000.00 bail set by Judge Richard Thompson.

Mark Kraft, age 25, from Aztec Court in Edison, NJ, arrested on November 3, 2011 by Patrolman Stephen Greenwood and Patrolman Richard Fulham of the Quality of Life Unit for Uttering a Forgery, Receiving Stolen Property and Conspiracy. He was held on $30,000.00 bail set by Judge Richard Thompson.

Anthony Sousa, age 26, from Brill Street in Newark, NJ, arrested on November 3, 2011 by Patrolman Ian May for Defiant Trespass, Harassment, Criminal Restraint, Criminal Mischief, Resisting Arrest, Aggravated Assault on a Police Officer, Possession of under 50 Grams of Marijuana. He was held on $77,500.00 bail set by Judge Richard Thompson.

Glenn Muscarella, age 25, from Passaic Street in Middletown, NJ, arrested on November 1, 2011 by Patrolman Stephen Greenwood and Patrolman Richard Fulham for Possession of a Controlled Dangerous Substance, Distribution of a Controlled Dangerous Substance and Possession of a Controlled Dangerous Substance within 500 Feet of a Park as a result of an investigation conducted by the Monmouth County Prosecutor’s Office Narcotics Strike Force Bayshore Unit. He was being held at the Monmouth County Correctional Facility in Freehold, NJ, on $160,000.00 bail.
