• John Lytle Jr., age 29, from Fourth Street in Highlands, NJ, arrested on April 1, 2012 by Corporal Ronald Chesek on a Contempt of Court warrant issued by the Atlantic City Municipal Court. He was released after posting $500.00 bail.

• Michael Defalco, age 21, from Third Street in West Keansburg, NJ, arrested on April 1, 2012 by Patrolman James Beirne for Possession of under 50 Grams of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. He was released pending a court date.

• Joanna Gutierrez, age 43, from East Road in Middletown, NJ, arrested on March 31, 2012 by Patrolman Ryan Riffert for Shoplifting from the Shop Rite Store. She was released pending a court date.

• Jose Hernandez, age 32, from Leonardville Road in Middletown, NJ, arrested on March 30, 2012 by Patrolman Anthony Bumbico on a Contempt of Court warrant issued by the Middletown Municipal Court. He was released after posting $500.00 bail.

• Kevin Gesualdo, age 21, from Sunset Avenue in Port Monmouth, NJ, arrested on March 30, 2012 by Patrolman Keith Hirschbein and Patrolman Brian McGrogan of the Quality of Life Unit for Possession of under 50 Grams of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. He was released pending a court date.

• Philip Piccolo, age 18, from Concord Avenue in Leonardo, NJ, arrested on March 30, 2012 by Patrolman Keith Hirschbein and Patrolman Brian McGrogan of the Quality of Life Unit for Possession of under 50 Grams of Marijuana, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Underage Possession of Alcohol. He was released pending a court date.

• Kathryn Lands, age 24, from Morningside Avenue in Middletown, NJ, arrested on March 30, 2012 by Patrolman Ryan Riffert for Theft. She was released pending a court date.

• Flobens Philemon, age 29, from Bloy Street in Hillside, NJ, arrested on March 30, 2012 by Patrolman Keith Hirschbein and Patrolman Brian McGrogan of the Quality of Life Unit on a Contempt of Court warrant issued by the Middletown Municipal Court. He was released after posting $1,000.00 bail.

• Timothy McGrath, age 25, from Middletown Lincroft Road in Middletown, NJ, arrested on March 30, 2012 by Corporal George Freibott on a Contempt of Court warrant issued by the Holmdel Municipal Court. He was held on $1,500.00 bail.

• Robert Buckalew, age 33, from Brainard Avenue in Port Monmouth, NJ, arrested on March 30, 2012 by Patrolman Andrew Micalizzi on a Contempt of Court warrant issued by the Parsippany Municipal Court. He was released after posting $300.00 bail.

• Craig Dubois, age 21, from Tindall Road in Middletown, NJ, arrested on March 30, 2012 by Patrolman Andrew Micalizzi on a Contempt of Court warrant issued by the New Gretna Municipal Court. He was released after posting $264.00 bail.

• Ronald Borello, age 49, from Collins Avenue in Keansburg, NJ, arrested on March 30, 2012 by Detective Laurence Schachtel for Failing to Notify Police of Address Change as Required by Megan’s Law. He was released pending a court date.

• On March 30, 2012 Patrolman Keith Hirschbein and Patrolman Brian McGrogan of the Quality of Life Unit arrested a 16 year old male juvenile from Middletown, NJ, for Possession of under 50 Grams of Marijuana, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Obstructing the Administration of Law and Unlawful Possession of a Weapon. He was released pending a court date.

• On March 30, 2012 Corporal Douglas Wiatrak arrested a 15 year old female juvenile from Middletown, NJ, and a 16 year old female juvenile from Port Monmouth, NJ, for Possession of under 50 Grams of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. She was released pending a court date.

• On March 30, 2012 Patrolman Keith Hirschbein and Patrolman Brian McGrogan of the Quality of Life Unit arrested a 15 year old male juvenile from Leonardo, NJ, for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Underage Possession of Alcohol. He was released pending a court date.

• On March 30, 2012 Patrolman Keith Hirschbein and Patrolman Brian McGrogan of the Quality of Life Unit arrested a 15 year old male juvenile from Belford, NJ, for Possession of under 50 Grams of Marijuana. He was released pending a court date.

• Brent Stebbins, age 25, from Central Place in Belford, NJ, arrested on April 2, 2012 by Police Officer Janine Kennedy for Shoplifting from the Foodtown Store. He was released pending a court date.

• Raymond Schmidt, age 33, from Laurel Drive in Highlands, NJ, arrested on April 2, 2012 by Patrolman Brian McGrogan and Patrolman Keith Hirschbein of the Quality of Life Unit on a Contempt of Court warrant issued by the Highlands Municipal Court. He was released after posting $80.00 bail.

• Melody Taylor, age 29, from Tenth Street in Belford, NJ, arrested on April 2, 2012 by Patrolman Keith Hirschbein and Patrolman Brian McGrogan of the Quality of Life Unit on Contempt of Court warrants issued by the Atlantic Highlands and Middletown Municipal Courts. She was released after posting $1,500.00 bail.

• Gordon Rieger, age 57, from Highway 36 in Leonardo, NJ, arrested on April 2, 2012 by Patrolman Brian McGrogan and Patrolman Keith Hirschbein of the Quality of Life Unit on a Contempt of Court warrant issued by the Middletown Municipal Court. He was held on $1,000.00 bail.

• Mitchell Braikovich, age 20, from Avenue A in Bayonne, NJ, arrested on April 3, 2012 by Patrolman Richard Fulham on a Contempt of Court warrant issued by the Carteret Municipal Court. He was held on $250.00 bail.
