FAIR HAVEN CHARGES MAN IN BURGLARY TRY

-A Parker Ave. resident reported receiving several harassing phone calls from an unknown subject. Ptl. Hostrup took the report.

-A Highland Ave. resident reported receiving several harassing phone calls from a private number. Ptl. Hostrup took the report.

• 5/3/12

-Ptl. Lagrotteria charged a 15 y/o Fair Haven male juvenile with Receiving Stolen Property after he was found in possession of a stolen bicycle.

• 5/4/12

-Ptl. Schneider arrested John A. Massari, 39, Sea Bright, on a Contempt of Court warrant from Middletown. Mr. Massari posted $250 bail and was released.

-A Hance Rd. resident reported that her home was Burglarized. Ptl. Hostrup and Sgt. Townshend took the report. Det. Dykstra is investigating.

• 5/6/12

-Ptl. Hostrup arrested Gregory C. Last, Yonkers, NY and charged him with Possession of Less Than 50g of Marijuana. Mr. Last was released pending a court date in the FH Municipal Court. Det. Dykstra assisted.

• 5/11/12

-Martin F. Schaaf, 42, Keyport, was arrested by Cpl. Waltz and charged with Criminal Coercion and Disorderly Conduct. Mr. Schaaf was released pending a court date in the FH Municipal Court.

-A River Rd. business reported receiving a bad check for services provided. S.O. Murray took the report.

-A Cooney Terrace resident reported a Burglary into his vehicle. Ptl. Hostrup took the report.

• 5/15/12

-Mark D. Pearsall, 19, Rumson, was arrested by Ptl. Lagrotteria and charged with Possession of Less Than 50g of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Mr. Pearsall was released pending a court date in the FH Municipal Court.

• 5/17/12

-A Browns Ln. resident reported that a bicycle was stolen from her property. S.O. Murray took the report.

• 5/21/12

-Cpl. Waltz and Ptl. Reevey arrested Dennis Bannon, 48, Staten Island, NY and charged him with Terroristic Threats and Disorderly Conduct. Mr. Bannon was held at MCCI on $2,500 bail set by Judge Newman.

• 5/22/12

-A River Rd. business reported a Theft of services. Ptl. Jarvis took the report.

• 5/24/12

-Det. Dykstra charged Kevin O’Grady, 23, Red Bank, with Attempted Burglary, subsequent to an investigation after a Woodland Dr. resident reported a suspicious incident on 3/3/12. Mr. O’Grady was held at MCCI on $7,500 bail set by Judge Newman.

• 5/27/12

-A Haddon Park resident reported a scam where unknown actor(s) were attempting to obtain money from her through the mail. Ptl. Jarvis took the report.

• 5/28/12

-Ptl. Hostrup arrested Barbara Cawthon, 44, Middletown and charged her with DWI and DWI with a child passenger under the age of 18. Ms. Cawthon was released pending a court date in the FH Municipal Court.

• 5/29/12

-Ptl. Reevey arrested Tyler Clayton, 24, Fair Haven on a Contempt of Court warrant from Oceanport. Mr. Clayton was released after posting $284 bail.

• 5/31/12

-A Ridge Rd. business reported a Theft of lobster pots from the premises. Cpl. Waltz took the report.
