RED BANK RESTAURANT BURGLARIZED

The crime reports below were provided by the Red Bank Police Department for the period of June 1 to June 8, 2012. This information is unedited.

Criminal Mischief occurring on 6-1-12 at East Front St. Victim reported that unknown person(s) removed signs from parking lot, which read, “violators will be towed”. Ptl. Jonathan Quispe.

Criminal Mischief occurring on 6-4-12 at West Front Street. Victim reported that unknown person(s) damaged lock by jamming foreign object into lock of the door at business making it unable to be opened. Also had scratches around doorframe. No entry gained. Ptl. Matthew Ehrenreich.

Criminal Mischief occurring on 6-5-12 at St. James School at Peters Place. Report of graffiti sprayed onto outside wall of building. Ptl. Matthew Ehrenreich.

Theft occurring on 6-5-12 at South Street residence. Victim reported that a black folder containing several important papers and checks had been removed from house by unknown person(s). Lt. Daniel Bannon.

Criminal Mischief occurring on 6-5-12 at Bank Street residence. Victim reported that unknown person(s) broke lock on fence in rear yard, gained entrance and destroyed flowers that had been planted. Ptl. Ashon Lovick.

Theft reported on 6-6-12 at Riverside Ave. residence. Victim reported that during the last month she found several items to be missing such as cleaning supplies and jewelry. During that time there was a home health aid in their employ. Ptl. Jorge Torres.

Criminal Mischief occurring at the intersection of Shrewsbury Ave and Leonard St. on 6-7-12. Sgt. Robert Kennedy while on patrol noticed a Latino male spray painting graffiti onto side of building on Shrewsbury Ave. Subject fled. Sgt. Robert Kennedy.

Burglary occurring on 6-7-12 at East Front Street—Bar/restaurant. Owner reported that unknown person(s) had gained entry into the business by breaking glass panes in rear door of building. Removed by perpetrators was cash. Det. Wendy Samis.

Kenneth Persico, age 45 male of Belford NJ was arrested on 6-8-12 in the area of N. Bridge Ave. for Disorderly Conduct by Ptl. Jonathan Quispe.

Devin Kennedy, age 41 male of Red Bank was arrested on 6-8-12 in the area of W. Bergen Place for Resisting Arrest and COC [Contempt of Court] by Ptl. Nicholas Maletto.

Douglas Mocik, age 21 male of Red Bank was arrested on 6-8-12 in the area of N. Bridge Ave. for DWI by Ptl. Ashon Lovick.

Ronald Tindall, age 24 male of Red Bank was arrested on 6-7-12 in the area of Bridge Ave. for COC by Ptl. Jorge Torres.

Lindsay Watts, age 22 female of Hillsborough NJ was arrested on 6-7-12 in the area of W. Front St. for Poss. of CDS Marijuana under 50 grams and Poss. of Drug Paraphernalia by S.O. Michael Baron.

Donald Martin, age 46 male of Red Bank was arrested on 6-7-12 in the area of Monmouth St. for COC by Ptl. Jonathan Quispe.

Shaun Eason, age 29 male of Lakewood was arrested on 6-6-12 in the area of Reckless Place for COC by Ptl. Garrett Falco

Eric Hoyer, age 23 male of Long Branch was arrested on 6-4-12 in the area of Monmouth St. for COC by Ptl. Paul Perez.

Lamont Atkinson, age 26 male of Red Bank was arrested on 6-1-12 in the area of Monmouth St. for COC by Inv. Robert Campanella.

Thomas Contino, age 37 male of Red Bank was arrested on 6-3-12 in the area of Spring St. for COC by Ptl. Jonathan Quispe.

A male juvenile age 16 of Red Bank was arrested on 6-2-12 in the area of W. Front St. for Poss. of CDS Marijuana under 50 grams by Ptl. David Hicks.

A male juvenile age 16 of Red Bank was arrested on 6-2-12 in the area of W. Front St. for Poss. of Alcohol Under age by Ptl George Travostino.

A female juvenile age 17 of Red Bank was arrested on 6-2-12 in the area of Pearl St. for Poss. of CDS, Marijuana under 50 grams and Poss. of Drug Paraphernalia by Ptl. Jorge Torres.

Raheem Wilson, age 30 male of Red Bank was arrested on 6-2-12 in the area of Montgomery Terrace for Disorderly conduct and Resisting Arrest by Ptl. Garrett Falco

A male juvenile age 17 of Red Bank and a female juvenile age 14 of Red Bank were arrested on 6-1-12 in the area of West St. for Curfew Violation by Ptl. Paul Perez.
