MIDDLETOWN RAID NABS THREE FOR HEROIN

Recent activity reports, unedited, as provided by the Middletown Township Police Department.

call-in-the-authorities• On January 17, 2013 the Middletown Police Department Detective Bureau and Quality of Life Unit executed a search warrant at a Center Avenue home in the Belford section of Middletown. The warrant was a result of a month long investigation conducted by Detectives Kevin Gardiner and Laurence Schachtel and Officers Raymond Sofield and Richard Fulham into the sale of narcotics from the residence. Police recovered a significant quantity of Heroin from home.

The warrant execution resulted in the arrests of Brianna Geerlof, age 19, and Joshua Floyd, age 19, who live at the residence, for Possession of Heroin, Possession of Heroin with Intent to Distribute, Conspiracy to Possess Heroin with the Intent to Distribute, Possession of Hypodermic Syringes and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Geerlof was held on $15,000.00 bail with no 10% option and Floyd was held on $25,000.00 bail with no 10% option. Police also charged Nicholas Muscenti, age 20, from Hamilton Avenue in Leonardo, NJ, with Conspiracy to Possess Heroin with the Intent to Distribute. He was held on $15,000.00 bail with no 10% option. Bail was set by Judge Richard English of the Monmouth County Superior Court. All subjects were being held at the Monmouth County Correctional Facility in Freehold, NJ.

• Kevin Krilla, age 30, from Kings Highway East in Middletown, NJ, arrested on January 14, 2013 by Patrolman Keith Hirschbein on a Contempt of Court warrant issued by the Keansburg Municipal Court. He was released after posting $200.00 bail.

• Jason Goodpaster, age 31, from Central Avenue in Aberdeen, NJ, arrested on January 14, 2013 by Patrolman Keith Hirschbein for Violation of a Court Order. He was held on $25,000.00 bail with no 10% option set by Judge McGann.

• Rick Chapman, age 46, from Monmouth Avenue in Leonardo, NJ, arrested on January 14, 2013 by Detective Laurence Schachtel on a Contempt of Court warrant issued by the Middletown Municipal Court. He was released after posting $1,000.00 bail.

• Robert Reuter, age 18, from Chapel Hill Road in Middletown, NJ, arrested on January 15, 2013 by Patrolman Anthony Bumbico for Simple Assault. He was held on $2,500.00 bail with no 10% option set by Judge Richard Thompson.

• Georgette Zilinski, age 61, from Omega Court in Middletown, NJ, arrested on January 15, 2013 by Patrolman Michael Reuter for Shoplifting from the Kohls Store. She was released pending a court date.

• Russell Newman, age 21, from Navesink River Road in Red Bank, NJ, arrested on January 15, 2013 by Corporal Thomas Meckier on a Contempt of Court warrant issued by the Middletown Municipal Court. He was released after posting $500.00 bail.

• Nicholas Salvatore, age 18, from Washington Avenue in Keansburg, NJ, arrested on January 15, 2013 by Patrolman James Beirne for Possession of under 50 Grams of Marijuana. He was released pending a court date.

• Jaime Romerocastillo, age 39, from Willow Street in Red Bank, NJ, arrested on January 16, 2013 by Patrolman Brian McGrogan for Terroristic Threats. He was held on bail.

• Alex Bahr, age 22, from Oakes Avenue in Belford, NJ, arrested on January 16, 2013 by Patrolman Anthony Dellatacoma for Criminal Mischief and Obstructing the Administration of Law. He was released after posting $2,000.00 bail with a 10% option set by Judge Richard Thompson.

• Ronald Ziolkowski, age 38, from Navesink Avenue in Highlands, NJ by Patrolman John Mele on a Contempt of Courtwarrant issued by the Old Bridge Municipal Court. He was released after posting $500.00 bail.

• Jacqueline Farah, age 36, from Beachway Avenue in Keansburg, NJ, arrested on January 16, 2013 by Police Officer Janine Kennedy on a Contempt of Court warrant issued by the Perth Amboy Municipal Court. She was released after posting $2,509.00 bail.

• Melissa Gleason, age 40, from West Roosevelt Circle in Red Bank, NJ, arrested on January 16, 2013 by Police Officer Janine Kennedy on a Contempt of Court warrant issued by the Middletown Municipal Court. She was released after posting $500.00 bail.

• Tyrik Haynes, age 18, from Chance Drive in Middletown, NJ, arrested on January 17, 2013 by Patrolman Brian McGrogan and Anthony Dellatacoma for Attempted Murder, Unlawful Possession of a Weapon, Possession of a Weapon for an Unlawful Purpose and Endangering the Welfare of a Child.. He was held on $1,000,050.00 bail with no 10% option set by Judge Thomas Scully of the Monmouth County Superior Court.

• Stanley Adlar, age 31, from Park Avenue in Keansburg, NJ, arrested on January 17, 2013 by Patrolman Stephen Keller on a Contempt of Court warrant issued by the Middletown Municipal Court. He was held on $1,000.00 bail.

• Dulce Serrano, age 23, from Park Avenue in Elizabeth, NJ, arrested on January 18, 2013 by Patrolman Anthony Dellatacoma on a Contempt of Court warrant issued by the Union Municipal Court. She was held on $1,939.00 bail.

• Sidney Laguna, age 42, from Seely Avenue in Keansburg, NJ, arrested on January 19, 2013 by Patrolman James Beirne on a Non-Support warrant issued by the Monmouth County Superior Court. He was held pending a court date.

• Keith Leahey,, age 47, from Seaview Avenue in Lon Branch, NJ, arrested on January 19, 2013 by Patrolman Michael Reuter on a Non-Support warrant issued by the Monmouth County Superior Court. He was held pending a court date.

• Julianne Taratino, age 29, from Millbrook Drive in Middletown, NJ, arrested on January 19, 2013 by Corporal Richard Fusella on a Contempt of Court warrant issued by the Middletown Municipal Court. She was released after posting $250.00 bail.

• Raymond Parker, age 23, from Willis Place in Keansburg, NJ, arrested on January 19, 2013 by Patrolman Ian May on a Contempt of Court warrant issued by the Keansburg Municipal Court. He was held on $1,900.00 bail.

• Sarah Newell, age 19, from Nautilus Drive in Leonardo, NJ, arrested on January 19, 2013 by Patrolman Richard Belmonte on a Contempt of Court warrant issued by the Middletown Municipal Court. She was held on $1,000.00 bail.

• Tirrell Pinkett, age 23, from Vassae Avenue in Newark, NJ, arrested on January 19, 2013 by Patrolman Frank Mazza for Disorderly Conduct, Possession of under 50 Grams of Marijuana, Hindering Apprehension and on a Contempt of Court warrant issued by the Keansburg Municipal Court. He was held on $150.00 bail.

• Michael Amitrani, age 20, from Blanche Court in Middletown, NJ, arrested on January 20, 2013 by Patrolman James Beirne for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Possession of under 50 Grams of Marijuana. He was released pending a court date.

• Dylan Difilippo-Campbell, age 19, from Bayside Parkway in Middletown, NJ, arrested on January 20, 2013 by Patrolman James Beirne for Possession of Alcohol by a Minor. He was released pending a court date.

• Justin Duryea, age 22, from Garfield Avenue in Keansburg, NJ, arrested on January 20, 2013 by Patrolman Keith Hirschbein for Receiving Stolen Property. He was held on bail.
