RED BANK: CELLPHONE THEFTS REPORTED

Criminal Mischief occurring on 1-9-13 at W. Front St.—Parking Garage. Report of graffiti deployed to inside walls of garage by unknown person(s). Ptl. Thomas Doremus.

Theft occurring on 1-8-13 at West Front St. – Gym. Victim reported that unknown person(s) stole a red fleece coat and pair of coach sunglasses while at the gym. Ptl. Jhonatan Quispe.

Theft occurring on 1-7-13 at Riverside Ave.—Parking Lot. Victim reported that unknown person(s) ransacked inside of parked vehicle and stole cash from same. Ptl. James DePonte.

Theft occurring on 1-7-13 at Harding Road – school. Victim reported that unknown person(s) stole cell phone described as T-Mobile. Capt. Thomas McDonough.

Theft occurring on 1-4-13 at West Front Street – restaurant. Victim reported that unknown person(s) stole her cell phone described as a Motorola Droid Razor from inside establishment. Lt. Daniel Bannon.

ARRESTS:
Robert Mazzeo, age 32 male of Cliffwood Beach was arrested on 1-10-13 in the area of W. Bergen Place for COC [Contempt of Court] by Ptl. Matthew Ehrenreich.

David Rice, age 29 male of Kendall Park was arrested on 1-9-13 in the area of Bridge Ave. for Resisting Arrest and Disorderly Conduct by Ptl. Patrick Kennedy.

Steven Hopkins, age 22 male of Tinton Falls was arrested on 1-9-13 in the area of Shrewsbury Ave. for Poss. of CDS, Marijuana under 50 grams by Sgt. Robert Clayton.

Lenore Diorio, age 45 female of Union Beach was arrested on 1-9-13 in the area of Broad St. for COC by Ptl. George Travostino.

Avery Carroll age 36 male of Red Bank was arrested on 1-9-13 in the area of Maple Ave. for Poss. of CDS, Heroin, Poss. of Hypodermic Syringe, Poss. of CDS w/t to Dist. and Tampering with Evidence by Ptl. Jorge Torres.

Timothy Johnson, age 27 male of Red Bank was arrested on 1-9-13 in the area of Montgomery Terrace for Poss. of CDS, Marijuana and COC by Ptl. Thomas Doremus.

Michael Sarpolus, age 20 male of Middletown was arrested on 1-7-13 in the area of Reckless Place for COC by Ptl. Stanley Balmer.

Lauren Philpot, age 22 female of Red Bank was arrested on 1-7-13 in the area of Monmouth St. for COC by Ptl. James DePonte.

A male juvenile age 17 of Red Bank was arrested on 1-6-13 in the area of Oakland St. for Poss. and consumption of Alcohol Underage, Curfew Violation and Poss. of Open Container of Alcohol in Public by Ptl. Michael Zadlock.

Braulio Martinez-Huerta, age 34 male of Red Bank was arrested on 1-6-13 in the area of Monmouth St. for Disorderly  Conduct by Ptl. Thomas Doremus.

Josiah Stepney, age 26 male of Red Bank was arrested on 1-6-13 in the area of Peters Place for COC by Ptl. Thomas Doremus.

Grant Henning, age 18 male of Little Silver was arrested on 1-6-13 in the area of Oakland St. for Poss. of Alcoholic Beverage Underage by Ptl. Michael Zadlock.

Mark Douglas, age 35 male of Red Bank was arrested on 1-6-13 in the area of S. Bridge Ave. for COC by Ptl. Garrett Falco.

Marguerit Miles age 21 of Rumson NJ was arrested on 1-5-13 in the area of E. Front St. for DWI by Capt. Darren McConnell.

Thomas Armstrong, age 31 male of Red Bank was arrested on 1-5-13 in the area of Leighton Ave. for COC by Ptl. Jorge Torres.
