A juvenile resident reports being followed in the area of Frances St on 2/19/13. Unknown actor described as a male, white approximately 40-50 years old with medium length, messy brown hair. Ptl. Jessica Boyd investigating.

Officers were requested to assist state police with a disorderly person in the area of Crawford St in Shrewsbury Township. Male subject was transported to Monmouth Medical Center by Ptl. Tracy Polk.
