A Red Bank man was in the Monmouth County lockup following his arrest late Monday night on a burglary charge, police said.

From a PD announcement Tuesday:

Police arrested Javier Coba-Soriano, 29 years old, Red Bank for committing a burglary to a Shrewsbury Avenue residence. The resident called police at 10:25 Monday night reporting that an unknown male was in her residence and had fled upon seeing her. Responding officers found that the actor had made entry through an unlocked first floor window.

A short time later Sgt. Michael Frazee located a subject matching the description of the actor and ultimately took him into custody. Coba-Soriano was charged with one count of burglary and was held in lieu of bail set at $50,000.
