AUTHORITIES_LS1•August 1– Louis Haynes, 3rd, 24, of Tinton Falls, NJ, was arrested on Prospect Ave. for an active Contempt of Court warrant out of the Union Township Municipal Court. P.O. Peter Giblin made the arrest.

August 1– A resident from Laurelwood Dr. reported Criminal Mischief after discovering that an unknown subject(s) damaged her mailbox during the early morning hours. P.O. Eric Van Schaack investigated.

August 5– A resident from Oakes Rd. reported Burglary after discovering that an unknown subject(s) entered his vehicle sometime during the night. P.O. Amanda Arnold and Det. Greg Oliva investigated.

August 7– An employee from Walgreen’s on Prospect Ave. reported Shoplifting after discovering that an unknown subject(s) stole a large amount of razor blades. P.O. Peter Gibson and P.O. Andrew Smith investigated.

August 11– Katherine Driscoll, 35, of Highlands, NJ, was arrested following a motor vehicle stop on Prospect Ave. for an active Contempt of Court warrant out of the Middlesex County Prosecutor’s Office. P.O. Amanda Arnold made the arrest.

August 11– A resident from Laurel Dr. reported Credit Card Fraud after discovering fraudulent purchases were made on her credit card. P.O. Eric Van Schaack and Det. Greg Oliva investigated.

August 12– An employee from CVS Pharmacy on Prospect Ave. reported Credit Card Fraud after a customer attempted to purchase gift cards with a stolen credit card. The customer fled the scene prior to police arrival. P.O. Joseph Glynn, Jr., Lt. Robert Frank and Sgt. Paul Halpin investigated.

August 15– Traian Budi, 41, of Beachwood, NJ, was arrested on Prospect Ave. for active Contempt of Court warrants out of the Woodbridge and South Toms River Municipal Courts. P.O. Eric Van Schaack made the arrest.

August 15– Louis Haynes, 3rd, 24, of Eatontown, NJ, was arrested on Prospect Ave. for an active Contempt of Court warrant out of the Elizabeth Municipal Court. S.O. Thomas Mancuso made the arrest.

August 15– Three male juveniles, 17, of Little Silver, NJ, were arrested for Trespassing after they were found loitering on the NJ Transit railroad tracks near Santelle Park. P.O. Eric Van Schaack made the arrest.

August 16– A resident from Queens Drive South reported Theft after discovering that an unknown subject(s) stole their bicycle. P.O. Andrew Smith investigated.

August 17– Michael Wheeler, 52, of Long Branch, NJ, was arrested following a motor vehicle stop on Silverside Ave. for an active Contempt of Court warrant out of the Neptune City Municipal Court. P.O. Andrew Smith made the arrest.

August 17– Jeffrey Daiker, 19, of Shrewsbury, NJ, was arrested following an incident on Birch Ave. for Disorderly Conduct and Resisting Arrest. P.O. Joseph Glynn, Jr. made the arrest.

August 18– A business owner in Prospect Plaza reported Criminal Mischief after discovering that an unknown subject(s) broke the front window to his business sometime during the early morning hours. P.O. Andrew Smith investigated.

August 19– Mark Johnson, 58, of Long Branch, NJ, was arrested following a motor vehicle stop on Seven Bridges Rd. for an active Non-Support warrant out of the Monmouth County Superior Court. P.O. Eric Van Schaack made the arrest.

August 19– A resident from Cross St. reported a Theft after discovering that an unknown subject(s) stole his wallet from a location on Ridge Rd. P.O. Robert Chenoweth investigated.

August 20– A resident from Shrewsbury, NJ reported Burglary after discovering that an unknown subject(s) entered his vehicle while it was parked at the Little Silver train station. P.O. Eric Van Schaack investigated.

August 21– Edward Maguire, 33, of Monmouth Beach, NJ, was arrested following a motor vehicle stop on Oceanport Ave. for an active Contempt of Court warrant out of the Little Silver Municipal Court. P.O. Andrew Smith made the arrest.

August 23– Patrol officers were dispatched to the Citgo Station on Branch Ave. for an alarm call during the early morning hours. While on scene, officers reported a Burglary/Theft to the attendant’s booth. P.O. Michael Lahey, P.O. Joseph Glynn, Jr. and Det. Greg Oliva investigated.

August 24– A resident from Westwood Ct. reported Criminal Mischief after discovering that an unknown subject(s) damaged their mailbox during the evening hours. P.O. Amanda Arnold investigated.

August 26– Gina Melso, 20, of Monmouth Beach, NJ, was arrested following a traffic stop on Seven Bridges Rd. for Underage Driving While Intoxicated. P.O. Eric Van Schaack made the arrest.

August 27– Stephen Matthews, 2nd, 23, of Locust, NJ, was arrested for Theft, Receiving Stolen Property, Possession of CDS and Obtaining Prescription Drugs by Fraud following an investigation at the CVS Pharmacy on Prospect Ave. Det. Greg Oliva made the arrest.

August 28– Keyvan Jamedar, 24, of Sayerville, NJ, was arrested on Prospect Ave. for an active Contempt of Court warrant out of the Sayreville Municipal Court. P.O. Amanda Arnold made the arrest.

August 28– Michael Brzezicki, 25, of Port Reading, NJ, was arrested on Prospect Ave. for an active Contempt of Court warrant out of the Rahway Municipal Court. P.O. Amanda Arnold made the arrest.

August 31– Rebecca Rynn, 22, of Eatontown, NJ, was arrested following a motor vehicle stop on Oceanport Ave. for Driving While Intoxicated. P.O. Joseph Glynn, Jr. made the arrest.

August 31– A resident from Maple Ave. reported Fraud/Theft after discovering that an unknown subject(s) withdrew funds from his bank account without authorization. P.O. Andrew Smith and Det. Greg Oliva investigated.

August 31– Rolando Masferrer, 23, and Michelle Reyes, 19, both of Red Bank, NJ, were arrested following a motor vehicle stop on Branch Ave. for Possession of Marijuana Under 50 Grams. P.O. Joseph Glynn, Jr. made the arrest.
