Katherine Plosica, in the chair: I’m going to my brother’s house in Pine Beach. He does all the cooking and makes a fabulous turkey. We have a lot of fun. All the cousins get to play; all the kids get together. We have about 15 people.
This is a special Thanksgiving, because my mom passed away in August, so we’re going to make all of her recipes, like sweet potatoes with marshmallows, and her creamed onions, and all that good stuff. And my dad’s stuffing recipe, which we always try to recreate, although we can never quite get it right.
Crystal Diebold, stylist: Cooking, as always, at my house, in Keansburg. I make most of the food – the turkey and cranberry – for about 15 to 20 people. Everything I make is fabulous, of course [laughs].
