AUTHORITIES_RB2The crime and arrest reports below were provided by the Red Bank Police Department for the period of November 28 to December 5, 2013. This information is unedited.

CRIMES:

Theft occurring on 12-1-13 at location of a gym on Maple Ave.  Victim reported that unknown person(s) stole his I Phone.  Ptl. Ashon Lovick.

Theft occurring at  West Front Street Marina on 12-2-13. Victim reported that unknown person(s) entered office and stole power cords, office chairs and various tools. Ptl. Nicholas Maletto.

Criminal Mischief occurring on 12-3-13 at Monmouth St. Victim reported that unknown person(s) broke out rear window of parked vehicle. Ptl. George Travostino.

Criminal Mischief occurring on 12-4-13 Red Bank Train Station parking lot.  Witness called to state that she saw a unknown male subject key the side of a parked vehicle on the rear passenger side of car.  Ptl. Heather Pubylski.

ARRESTS:

Louis Haynes, age 25 male of Tinton Falls was arrested on 12-5-13 in the area of Monmouth St. for Poss. of CDS, Marijuana under 50 grams and COC [Contempt of Court] by Ptl. Patrick Kennedy.

A 17-year-old male juvenile was arrested on 12-4-13 in the area of Shrewsbury Ave. for Curfew Violation by Ptl. Garrett Falco.

Christopher Jones, age 25 male of Long Branch was arrested on 12-3-13 in the area of White Street for COC, Resisting Arrest, and Taking a Means of Conveyance by Sgt. Robert Gannon, Ptl. George Travostino and Ptl. Jorge Torres.

Christopher Gibbons, age 45 male of Red Bank was arrested on 12-2-13 in the area of Herbert St. for COC by Ptl. Michael Zadlock.

Mark Degenito, age 52 male of Red Bank was arrested on 12-2-13 in the area of Herbert St. for COC by Ptl. Jorge Torres.

Aurelio DeLarosa, age 22 male of West New York, NJ was arrested on 12-2-13 in the area of Monmouth St. for Poss. of CDS, Marijuana under 50 grams and Prohibited Weapons by Ptl. George Travostino.

Pablo Sanchez-Gonzalez, age 22 male of Red Bank was arrested on 12-2-13 in the area of Dr. James Parker Blvd for Obstructing Administration of Law and COC by Ptl. Stan Balmer.

Gabriel Miranda Sanchez, age 20 male of Keansburg was arrested on 12-2-13 in the area of Drs. James Parker Blvd. For Prohibited Weapons by Ptl. Nicholas Maletto.

Edel Dominguez-Pino, age 29 male of Red Bank was arrested on 12-1-13 in the area of Catherine St. for Harassment by Ptl. Jhonatan Quispe.

Ruben Perez-Capulin, age 32 male of Red Bank was arrested on 12-1-13 in the area of Bridge Ave. for Simple Assault by Ptl. Heather Pubylski.

Davis Nitto, age 19 male of Rumson and William Finn male age 20 of Fair Haven were both arrested on 12-1-13 in the area of Arthur Place for Poss. of CDS, Marijuana under 50 grams and Poss. of Drug Paraphernalia by Ptl. Stan Balmer.

Christopher Weidman, age 19 male of Little Silver was arrested on 12-1-13 in the area of Arthur Place for Obstructing Administration of Law by Ptl. Stan Balmer.

Kenneth Persico, age 47 male of Red Bank was arrested on 12-1-13 in the area of Evergreen Terrace for Defiant Trespassing by Ptl. Nicholas Maletto.

Jeffrey Travis, age 23 male of Morganville was arrested on 11-30-13 in the area of Shrewsbury Ave. for Disorderly Conduct by Ptl. Dawn Shields.

Charles Vesce, age 22 male of Marlboro was arrested on 11-30-13 in the area of Shrewsbury Ave. for Theft and Disorderly Conduct by Ptl. Nicholas Maletto.

Christiopher Plaza, age 24 male of Morganville was arrested on W. Front on 11-30-13 for Disorderly Conduct by Ptl. James DePonte.

John Kelly, age 54 male of Red Bank was arrested on 11-30-13 in the area of E. Front St. for Poss. of CDS, Marijuana under 50 grams and Poss. of Drug Paraphernalia by Ptl. Stan Balmer.

Jason Zimmel, age 21 male of Lincroft was arrested on 11-28-13 in the area of Monmouth St. for Disorderly Conduct by Ptl. George Travostino.
