MIDDLETOWN COPS BUST FIVE FOR DWI

Recent crime and arrest reports, unedited, as provided by the Middletown Township Police Department.

authorities_mtown2-2014-1364408Marvin Towler, age 50, from 23 Ryers Place in Eatontown, NJ, arrested on January 17, 2014 by Patrolman Ricardo Cruz on a Contempt of Court warrants issued by Tinton Falls Municipal Court issued in the of $ 500.00. He was processed and released after posting bail.

Harold Gillingham, age 77, from 23 Lloyd Road in Aberdeen, NJ, arrested on January 17, 2014 by Patrolman Scott Davis and charged with shoplifting from the Sears Department Store. He was processed and released on a summons.

Jessica Klausner, age 25, from Cruise Place, in Middletown, NJ, was arrested on January 17, 2014 by Patrolman Ian May, for Driving While Intoxicated after being involved in a motor vehicle crash on Cherry Tree Farm Rd.  Sgt. Douglas Wiatrak, a Drug Recognition Expert (DRE) assigned to the Traffic Safety Bureau, assisted in the investigation.

Dale Adair, age 44, from Kimberly Court, in Red Bank, NJ, was arrested on January 17, 2014 by Patrolman Daniel Benbrook for Driving While Intoxicated. She was processed and released on a summons.

Cassandra Tay, age 22, from Hooper Avenue, in Atlantic Highlands, NJ, was arrested on January 18, 2014 by Patrolman Frank Mazza for Driving While Intoxicated. She was processed and released on a summons.

Fernando Velez, age 55, from 71 Park Avenue, in Belford, NJ, was arrested on January 18, 2014 by Patrolman Anthony Gigante on a Non – Support Warrant issued by the Superior Court of Monmouth County in the amount of $ 8,550.00. He was processed and committed to the Monmouth County Correctional Institution in default of bail.

Marc Melendez, age 32, from 18 Creek Road, in Port Monmouth, NJ, was arrested on January 18, 2014 by Patrolman Adam Vendetti for unlawful possession of prescription medication, specifically oxycodone, which is a Controlled Dangerous Substance.

Richard Dickey Jr., age 44, from Daniel Drive, in Middletown, NJ, was arrested on January 19, 2014 by Patrolman Ricardo Cruz on a Contempt of Court Warrant issued by the Sayreville Municipal Court in the amount $ 1,033.00.  He was processed and released on bail.

Edward Crosby, age 60, from Lincoln Court, in Keansburg, NJ, was arrested on January 19, 2014 by Patrolman Daniel Benbrook for Driving While Intoxicated.  He was processed and released on a summons.

Keith Johnson, age 21, from Chapel Hill Rd, in Atlantic Highlands, NJ, was arrested on January 19, 2014 by Patrolman Albert Scott for Trespassing and Theft of tools and construction material from an area business.   Bail was set at $ 7,500.00 with a 10% option allowed.

Kevin Duffy, age 19, from Park Avenue in Atlantic Highlands, NJ, was arrested on January 19, 2014 by Patrolman Ricardo Cruz on four separate Contempt of Court Warrants totaling $ 3,251.00. He was processed and committed to the Monmouth County Correctional Institution in default of bail.

Robert Twigg, age 49, from Sullivan Place, in Union Beach, NJ, was arrested by Detective William Strohkirch for Theft by Unlawful Taking. He was processed and released on a summons.

Jennifer Johnson, age 39, from Sulivan Place, in Union Beach, NJ, was arrested by Detective William Strohkirch for Theft by Unlawful Taking.  She was processed and released on a summons.

John Sugluizzo, age 52, from Normandy Court, in Middletown, NJ, was arrested on January 20, 2014 by Patrolman Charles Higgins for Shoplifting from the Sears Department Store. He was processed and released on a summons.

Francis Hagan, age 53, from Bay Avenue in Middletown, NJ, was arrested on January 21, 2014 by Patrolman Brady Carr on a Contempt of Court Warrant issued by the Keansburg Municipal Court in the amount of $250.00 and for Receiving Stolen Property. Hagan was found to be in possession of a stolen bicycle which was returned by the police to its rightful owner.

Kimberly Andersen, age 30, from Monmouth Avenue, in Port Monmouth, NJ, was arrested on January 22, 2014 by Patrolman Daniel Benbrook for Driving While Intoxicated.  She was processed and released on a summons.

Micheal Finnegan, age 26, from Park Avenue,  in Port Monmouth, NJ, was arrested on January 23, 2014 by Patrolman Ricardo Cruz, Detective Keith Hirschbein and Detective Daniel Sullivan for Theft of Services and Theft by Unlawful Taking.  Bail was set at $ 7,500.00 with No 10% option allowed, and he was committed to the Monmouth County Correctional Institution in default of bail.

James Dean, age 28, from Tindall Road, in Middletown, NJ, was arrested on January 24, 2014 by Patrolman Richard Belmonte on a Contempt of Court warrant issued by the Union Township Municipal Court in the amount of $ 800.00. He was processed and released on bail.

Michael Dressler, age 34, from Carr Avenue, in Keansburg, NJ, was arrested on January 24, 2014 by Detective Daniel Sullivan on a Contempt of Court Warrant issued by the Holmdel Municipal Court in the amount $ 290.00. He was processed and turned over to the Holmdel Police.
