Weeks of abuse in the form of heavy snow, thawing and refreezing have left numerous craters in the streets of Red Bank, where orange barrels are now appearing to divert motorists. One is in the middle of the westbound lane on Reckless Place, at Broad Street, above, and another is in the center of East Bergen Place near Hudson Avenue, at right.
