CRIMES

Criminal Mischief occurring at Monmouth St. business on 9-5-14. Victim reported that unknown person(s) deployed graffiti on the side of building. Ptl. Kristin Altimari.

Theft occurring on 9-5-14 at Maple Ave business. Victim reported that he placed wallet on counter, walked away. Upon returning wallet was missing. Contained cash and debit card. Ptl. John Camarca

Theft occurring on 9-7-14 at Pinckney Road. Victim reported that unknown person(s) entered parked car and took a gym bag containing a bathing suit and hearing aid. Ptl. John Camarca.

Burglary and Criminal Mischief occurring between 9-3-14 and 9-9-14 at Maple Avenue business. Owner reported that unknown person(s) forcibly entered business which was vacant by breaking window seals and rails. Once inside the perpetrator turned on the gas fireplace without opening flue and turned the thermostat up to high, causing office to be extremely hot and possible creating a fire hazard. Ptl. Criminal Mischief reported on 9-9-14 at Monmouth Street restaurant. Owner of restaurant reported that over the past three months unknown person(s) has been removing oil from a 200 gallon container used to store and recycle used cooking oil, which was behind the building outside. Perpetrator cut the metal filler screen on top of contained and suctioned the oil out. Ptl. Tanner Shea.

Theft occurring at Evergreen Terrace on 9-9-14. Victim reported that unknown subject(s) stole a Blackberry Cell Phone which was inside of a bag of clothing outside of residence. Ptl. Cevin Albert

Mark Jennings, age 43 male of Red Bank was arrested on 9-10-14 in the area of Monmouth St. for COC [Contempt of Court] by Ptl. John Camarca.

Carolyn Mcateer, age 44 female of Lincroft was arrested on 9-10-14 in the area of Riverside Ave. for Simple Assault by Ptl. Sean Hauschildt.

Beatriz Cervantes, age 26 female of Red Bank was arrested on 9-9-14 in the area of Chestnut St. for COC and Hindering Apprehension by Ptl.l Garrett Falco.

Andrew Markoff, age 24 male of Red Bank was arrested on 9-9-14 in the area of Cedar Avenue for Criminal Mischief, Resisting Arrest and Disorderly Conduct by Sgt. Wendy Samis.

Jaime Ventura-Salas, age 45 male of Asbury Park was arrested on 9-9-14 in the area of W. Bergen Place for COC by Ptl. Thomas Doremus.

Marika Laing, age 50 female of Red Bank was arrested on 9-8-14 in the area of Bank St. for COC by Ptl. Thomas Doremus.

Agapo Davila-Sanchez, age 38 male of Red Bank was arrested on 9-8-14 in the area of Leighton Ave. for Defiant Trespass by Ptl. Sean Hauschlidt.

Ruben Perez-Capulin, age 33 male of Red Bank was arrested on 9-6-14 in the area of Bridge Ave. for Simple Assault by Ptl. Benjamin Springer.

Otto Sgro, age 62 male of Lincroft was arrested on 9-6-14 in the area of Irving Place for DWI by Ptl. Ashon Lovick.

Erasmo Rendon-Gordillo, age 29 male of Red Bank was arrested on 9-6-14 in the area of Harding Rd. for Obstructing Administration of Law by Ptl. John Camarca.

Douglas Arthur, age 26 male of Neptune was arrested on 9-5-14 in the area of Bridge Ave. for Arson and Criminal Mischief by Inv. Matthew Ehrenreich.

Prince Johnson, age 25 male of Red Bank was arrested on 9-5-14 in the area of Monmouth St. for COC by Ptl. John Camarca.

Marika Laing age 50 female of Red Bank was arrested on 9-5-14 in the area of Shrewsbury Ave for Poss. of Prescription Legend Drugs and COC by Ptl. Sean Hauschildt.

A male juvenile age 17 of Red Bank was arrested on 9-4-14 in the area of W. Bergen Place for Curfew Violation by Ptl. Jhonathan Quispe.
