CRIMES

Criminal Mischief occurring between 8-19-15 and 8-20-15 at Riverside Gardens. Unknown person(s) damaged the granite patio area in park. Sgt. Heather Pubylski.

Theft occurring at Chestnut St. Ice Rink on 8-20-15. Three individuals reported that unknown person(s) removed their wallets from pants pocket in locker room. Stolen: cash, credit cards, debit cards and driver’s licenses. Ptl. Benjamin Springer

Theft occurring on 8-20-15 in the theater parking lot of Count Basie on Maple Avenue. Victim reported that unknown person(s) stole an I Phone, charger and folding pocket knife from vehicle console. Sgt. Juan Sardo

Criminal Mischief occurring on 8-22-15 at Monmouth St. Victim reported that she observed an unknown Hispanic male brake her rear passenger side window and then fled on foot. Ptl. David Smith

Burglary occurring between 8-18-15 and 8-22-15 at West Bergen Place. Victim reported that unknown person(s) entered residence and stole jewelry, that being rings with diamonds, watch with diamonds and a diamond necklace. Ptl. David Smith.

 Theft occurring on 8-22-15 at Count Basie Park. Victim reported that her cell phone was stolen. Special Officer Gregory Miller.

ARRESTS

A juvenile female age 17 of Port Monmouth was arrested on 8-27-15 in the area of Newman Springs Rd. for Poss. of Prescription Legend Drugs, Poss. of CDS, Marijuana less than 50 grams and Poss. of Drug Paraphernalia. Ptl. Thomas Doremus.

James Williams, age 30 male of Red Bank was arrested on 8-26-15 in the area of Monmouth St. for Poss. of CDS, Cocaine, Unlawful Poss. of Handgun, Person Unauthorized to Have a Weapon, Poss. of CDS, Crack Cocaine and Obstructing Administration of Law by Ptl. Nicholas Maletto.

Termarca Davis, age 29 female of Red Bank was arrested on 8-26-15 in the area of Montgomery Terrace for Obstruction of Administration of Law by Ptl. Nicholas Maletto.

Angelo Dolce, age 26 male of Staten Island, NY was arrested on 8-26-15 in the area of N. Bridge Ave. for Poss. of CDS, Marijuana under 50 grams and Poss. of Drug Paraphernalia by Ptl. Cevin Albert.

Michael Rascio, age 40 male of Belford was arrested on 8-25-15 in the area of Monmouth St. for Burglary, Criminal Mischief and Theft by Sgt. Heather Publyski.

Theodore Knowles, age 28 male of Tinton Falls was arrested on 8-24-15 in the area of Monmouth St. for COC [Contempt of Court] by Ptl. Jorge Torres

Kenneth Carpenter, age 51 male of Red Bank was arrested on 8-24-15 in the area of River St. for Resisting Arrest and Obstructing Administration of Law by Ptl. Benjamin Springer.

A male juvenile age 15 of Tinton Falls was arrested on 8-23-15 in the area of W. Front St. for Attempting to Elude Police, Obstructing Administration of Law and Simple Assault by Ptl. Sean Hauschildt

A male juvenile age 16 of Red Bank was arrested on 8-23-15 in the area of W. Front St. for Simple Assault by Ptl. George Travostino.

Julianna Schultz, age 46 female of Holmdel was arrested on 8-23-15 in the area of Riverview Plaza for DWI by Ptl. George Travostino.

Robert Front age 44 male of Red Bank was arrested on 8-23-15 in the area of West St. for Simple Assault and COC by Ptl. Kristin Altimari.

Terrence Fitzpatrick, age 51 male of Marlboro was arrested on 8-23-15 in the area of Riverview Plaza for Obstructing Administration of Law by Ptl. Nicholas Maletto.

Alexander Fiducia, age 26 male of Neptune was arrested on 8-23-15 in the area of W. Front St. for Criminal Mischief by Ptl. Nicholas Maletto.

Tiarra Rivera, age 22 female of Freehold was arrested on 8-23-15 in the area of E. Front St. for Disorderly Conduct by Ptl. Stan Balmer

Gregory Barich age 47 male of Monmouth Beach was arrested on 8-23-15 in the area of Harrison Ave. for Simple Assault by Ptl. Dawn Shields

Michael Allgood, age 49 male of Red Bank was arrested on 8-22-15 in the area of Catherine St. for Disorderly Conduct by Ptl. Sean Hauschildt.

Sam Levine age 19 male of Little Silver was arrested on 8-21-15 in the area of E. Newman Springs Rd. for Attempting to Purchase Alcohol while being under age by Ptl. Shane Dengel.

Barbara Reeves, age 38 female of Tinton Falls was arrested on 8-20-15 in the area of Maple Ave. for DWI by Ptl. Benjamin Springer.
