7/1/15 Anthony Ciambrone arrested Sayyied Rida, 36, of Red Bank, on a warrant issued by Det. Christopher Isherwood for Theft by Deception with a loss of $2,140. Mr. Rida was released on bail of $2500 with a 10% option set by Judge Richard Thompson.

7/3/15 Ronald Vilardi arrested Michelle Waldron, 39, of Fair Haven for COC [contempt of court]. Mrs. Waldron was released after posting $1000 bail set by the Fair Haven Municipal Court.

7/4/15 Daniel Campanella and S/O Michael Berger arrested two juveniles in the area of Blackpoint Road and Navesink Avenue for Disorderly Conduct and Maintaining a Nuisance, after observing approximately 100 juveniles leaving a party. The matters were referred to the juvenile division.

[CORRECTION: The person arrested in this incident was mistakenly identified in the original version of this post, as confirmed by Rumsom police on September 27, 2015.] 7/6/15 Jeff Nixon arrested Paul Chimenti, 35, of Keansburg on two COC warrants out of Little Silver ($216) and Tinton Falls ($751). Mr. Chimenti was released after posting full bail.

7/9/15 S/O Grace Maggiulli arrested a male juvenile in the area of Ridge Road and Center Street for Disorderly Conduct and Minor in Possession of Alcohol. The subject was released to a parent and referred to the juvenile division.

7/11/15 Anthony Ciambrone arrested Connor Carroll, 19, of Tappan NY in the area of North Ward Avenue for Possession of less than .50 grams of marijuana and Disorderly Conduct. Mr. Carroll was released pending court.

7/13/15 S/O Michael Berger arrested Jose Valentin 3rd, 31, of Egg Harbor City in the area of 22 West River Road for the Theft of approximately $12,895 from his employer. Mr. Valentin was released after posting $25,000 bail set by Judge Alfred D’Auria.

7/17/15 Anthony Ciambrone and Det. Christopher Isherwood arrested Phillip Sturner, 30, of Rumson and Christopher Sutphen, 19, of Monmouth Beach for Robbery, Simple Assault and Theft of Services. Mr. Sturner was transported to MCCI in lieu of $100,000 bail. Mr. Sutphen was transported to MCCI in lieu of $50,000 bail. Bail was set by Judge Honora Kilgallen J.S.C.

7/17/15 Daniel Campanella and Det. Christopher Isherwood arrested Phillip Sturner, 30 of Rumson for Aggravated Assault, Simple Assault, and False Imprisonment stemming from an investigation of two assaults that took place at an East River Road home on 7/5/15. Sturner was transported to MCCI in lieu of $50,000 bail. Bail was set by Judge Honora Kilgallen J.S.C.

7/19/15 Cody Lovgren arrested Paul Seyffart Jr, 20, of South Plainfield for DUI after he struck a parked vehicle on Maplewood Avenue. Mr. Seyffart was released pending court.

CRIMES

7/9/15 Ronald Vilardi took a report of the theft of an I-pod valued at $199, from an East River Road resident.

7/10/15 S/O Shannon McCurdy took a report of Vandalism to a vehicle in the area of Blackpoint Road and Rosalie Avenue. The complainant advised the rear window of his vehicle was broken overnight.

7/16/15 Peter Koenig took a report of a fraudulent tax return filed to the IRS using the personal information of a Bruce Place resident. The incident will be forwarded to the IRS fraud department.

7/29/15 Richard Torres took a report for a theft of a set of golf clubs from the front of an Island Road home. Total loss approximately $1,500.

7/31/15 Richard Torres took a report of vandalism to numerous mailboxes on Warren Street.

7/31/15 S/O Michael Berger took a report for a theft from a parked vehicle in the area of 41 Bellevue Avenue. The victim advised that his wallet and briefcase were taken from his unlocked vehicle. Subsequent use of the victims credit cards in Irvington were referred to the detective bureau.
