 John Scalzo, age 20, from Davis Lane in Red Bank, NJ, arrested on October 31, 2015 by Patrolman Richard Fulham for Possession of under 50 grams of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. He was released pending a court appearance.
