RED BANK CRIME & ARREST REPORTS

CRIMES

Criminal Mischief occurring on 2-27-16 at Broad St. Business. Owner reported that glass window in rear of business was shattered by unknown person(s). Ptl. Kristin Altimari

Burglary occurring between 2-15-16 and 2-27-16 at Linden Place residence. Victim reported that he was in the process of cleaning out this residence and was not residing there. Unknown person(s) broke in through the door and stole a flat screen TV, a portable Weber Grill and a lawn mower from garage. Ptl. Michael Zadlock.

Burglary occurring at Bridge Ave. on 2-27-16. Victim reported that unknown person(s) gained entry into residence by breaking sliding glass door. Stolen was cash. Ptl. Jorge Torres

Theft occurring on 2-28-16 at Broad Street. Victim reported that unknown person(s) stole cash from purse while at this establishment. Ptl. Michael Zadlock

Theft occurring on 3-3-16 at Leighton Ave. Victim reported that unknown person(s) stole items from shed: Stolen: Four Speakers, Two Laser Lights and Leaf Blower. Ptl. Kristin Altimari

ARRESTS

Andrew Lupton, male age 32 from Red Bank was arrested on 3-2-16 in the area of Monmouth St for COC  [Contempt of Court] by Ptl. Jhonatan Quispe.

Courtney Shambaugh, age 29 female of Middletown was arrested on 3-1-16 in the area of Shrewsbury Ave. for COC by Ptl. Tanner Shea

Andrew Lupton, age 32 male of Red Bank, Barbara Lupton, female age 57 of Forked River and Linda Martinez, female age 35 from Red Bank were arrested on 3-1-16 in the area of Peters Place for Endangering the Welfare of a Child and Interference with Custody by Inv. James DePonte.

Patrick Ganning, age 22 male of Wall was arrested on 2-29-16 in the area of Rector Place for COC by Ptl. Tanner Shea.

Erin Rivera, age 34 female of Long Branch was arrested on 2-29-16 in the area of Monmouth St. for COC by Ptl. Nicholas Maletto

Michael Woodward, age 42 male of Jackson was arrested on 2-29-16 in the area of Monmouth St. for COC by Ptl. Shane Dengel.

Salavador Hernandez-Santiago, age 39 male of Red Bank was arrested on 2-29-16 in the area of Rector Place for COC and Poss. of Drug Paraphernalia by Ptl. Benjamin Springer.

Edward Artis, age 53 male of Tinton Falls was arrested on 2-29-16 in the area of Rector Place for COC by Ptl. Jorge Torres.

Jonathan Kalnas, age 35 male of Neptune was arrested on 2-27-16 in the area of W. Bergen Place for COC by Ptl. Michael Zadlock.

Kevin Rogers, age 21 male of Red Bank was arrested on 2-27-16 in the area of W. Front St. for DWI by Ptl. Benjamin Springer.

Angel Santiago, age 25 male of Tinton Falls was arrested on 2-27-16 in the area of Monmouth St. for COC by Ptl. Milton Gray.

Daniel Rescigno, age 22 male of Monmouth Beach was arrested on 2-26-16 in the area of Broad St. for DWI, Simple Assault and Criminal Mischief by Ptl. Stanley Balmer

Terry Haupt, age 32 male of Eatontown was arrested on 2-25-16 in the area of Monmouth St. for Simple Assault and Criminal Mischief by Ptl. Garrett Falco.

Gene Hale, age 35 male of Red Bank was arrested on 2-25-16 in the area of E. Front St. for Disorderly Conduct by Ptl. Shane Dengel.
