RED BANK: CRIMES AND ARRESTS

The crime and arrest reports below were provided by the Red Bank Police Department for the period of September 20, 2016 to October 4, 2016. This information is unedited. For additional information, please scroll to the bottom of this post.

Theft: The victim reported the theft of her lawn mower from her garage . The theft occurred on 9-20-16 in the area of River St. The Lawn mower is valued at $200.00. Ptl. George Travostino.

Criminal Mischief: On 9-22-16 the words “BANK SQUAD” were observed in blue colored spray paint on the sidewalk located in the parking lot of City Center Plaza on Water St. Ptl. Stanely Balmer.

Criminal Mischief: On 9-20-16 the victim reported that while his vehicle was parked in the area of Herbert St. the wires to his beacon light on top of vehicle were cut and removed. Ptl. Kristin Altimari.

Criminal Mischief: On 10-3-16 the victim reported a wooden bench removed from the chains and dugs out from the ground was thrown into the river in the area of Bodman Pl. Ptl. Kristin Altimari.

ARRESTS

Michael M. Mackason, age 22 of Eatontown was arrested on 9-21-16 in the area of Tilton Ave. for Possession of CDS ( Marijuana less than 50 grams) and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia by Ptl. Jhonathan Quispe.

Pedro Santamaria-Luna, age 32 of Red Bank was arrested on 9-22-16 in the area of Herbert St. for Obstructing Administration of Law by Ptl. Gary Watson, Jr.

Christopher B. Lyon, age 34 of Red Bank was arrested on 9-23-16 for Possession of CDS (Marijuana less than 50 grams) and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia by Ptl. Sean Hauschildt.

Alexandra I. Ortiz, age 23 of Asbury Park was arrested on 9/24/16 in the area of Locust Ave for Disorderly Conduct by Ptl. Ashon Lovick.

Danielle M. Krueger, age 30 of Brick was arrested on 9-24-16 in the area of Newman Springs Rd. for Contempt of Court by Ptl. Kristin Altimari.

Chelsea N. Sherrill, age 20 of Red Bank was arrested on 9-24-16 in the area of Locust Ave for Aggravated Assault by Ptl. Stan Balmer.

Chelsea N. Sherrill, age 20 of Red Bank was arrested on 9-24-16 in the area of Locust Ave for Disorderly Conduct by Ptl. Sean Hauschildt.

James I. Dobbs, age 39 of Toms River was arrested on 9-25-16 in the area of Broad St. for DWI by OFC Darren McConnell, Jr.

Marc A. Pines, age 42 of Red Bank was arrested on 9-25-16 in the area of W. Bergen Pl. for Contempt of Court by Ptl. Kristin Altimari.

Angela Agazzi, age 47 of Red Bank was arrested on 9-26-16 in the area of W. Front St for Possession of CDS and DWI by Ptl. Benjamin Springer.

Orlando A. Dawkins, age 25 of Red Bank was arrested on 9-27-16 in the area of Locust Ave for Contempt of Court by OFC Michael Baron.

Bobby Jerome Lawrence, age 53 of Red Bank was arrested on 9-27-16 in the area of Shrewsbury Ave for Contempt of Court by Ptl. Nicholas Maletto and Ptl. Patrick Kennedy.

Curtis Cashill, age 27 of Freehold was arrested on 9-28-16 in the area of Maple Ave for Contempt of Court by Ptl. Sean Hauschildt.

Christopher B. Lyon, age 36 of Red Bank was arrested on 9-28-16 in the area of South St. for Possession of CDS by Ptl. Benjamin Springer.

Ronald Tindall, age 28 of Red Bank was arrested on 9-29-16 in the area of Monmouth St. for Contempt of Court by Ofc Darren McConnell.

Kailee A. Heagney, age 23 of Rumson was arrested on 9-29-16 in the area of Monmouth St. for Contempt of Court by Ptl. Milton Gray IV.

Silvan Lombardo, age 41 of Oakhurst was arrested in the area of Shrewsbury Ave for Driving without a License by Ptl. Stanley Balmer.

Ahmad D. Jones, age 34 of New York, NY was arrested on 9-30-16 in the area of Monmouth St. for Contempt of Court by Ptl. Benjamin Springer.

Humberto Luna-Serrano, age 37 of Red Bank was arrested on 9-30-16 in the area of Bank St. for DWI by Ptl. Matthew Ehrenreich.

Kevin Millenson, age 53 of Red Bank was arrested on 10-1-16 in the area of Pearl St. for Defiant Trespass by Ptl. Cevin Albert.

Kristen L. Gantt, age 55 of Atlantic Highlands was arrested on 10-1-16 in the area of Rector Pl. for Contempt of Court by Ofc. Darren McConnell.

Ryan M. Sprengel, age 23 of Wall was arrested on 10-1-16 in the area of Monmouth St. for Contempt of Court by Ptl. Shane Dengel.

Alvin K. Ross, age 27 of Red Bank was arrested on 10-2-16 in the area of Mechanic St. for Contempt of Court by Ptl. Shane Dengel.

Dana L. Conrad, age 41 of Norwalk Ct. was arrested on 10-2-16 in the area of Monmouth St. for Contempt of Court by Ptl. Patrick Kennedy. [UPDATE, December 11, 2017: This case was dismissed in municipal court on October 13, 2016, according to court records.]

Jason Dunn, age 30 of Red Bank was arrested on 10-2-16 in the area of Monmouth St. for Contempt of Court by Ptl. Patrick Kennedy.

Kelvin Gonzalez, age 24 of Red Bank was arrested on 10-3-16 in the area of W. Bergen Pl. for Contempt of Court by Ptl. Cevin Albert.

Pascual Paredes-Paredes, age 37 of Red Bank was arrested on 10-3-16 in the area of Monmouth St. for Contempt of Court and Hindering Apprehension by Ptl. Jhonathan Quispe.

Jeffrey L. Summey, age 53 of Red Bank was arrested on 10-3-16 in the area of W. Bergen Pl. for Defiant Trespass by Ptl. Gary Watson.
