Here are the results of the Rumson race for two council seats, with five of six districts tallied as of 10:30 p.m. Tuesday, according to the Monmouth County Clerk’s website.

Joseph K. Hemphill (R), incumbent

2,219 votes, 40.88 percent of total cast

Laura Atwell (R), incumbent

2,279, 41.99%

Michael Steinhorn (D)

913, 16.82%
