Sections of one of the main thoroughfares through Red Bank will be closed overnight over the next three weeks as construction crews replace water lines, officials said.
The Borough of Red Bank sent out a notification alerting residents that essential water service replacements will take place on Shrewsbury Avenue starting Monday, March 10.
“This work is required by the County and will be conducted overnight from 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM to minimize daytime disruptions,” the alert reads.
The alert continues:
“This project is expected to take approximately 2 to 3 weeks, during which crews will be working along Shrewsbury Avenue. We understand nighttime construction may be inconvenient, and we appreciate your patience and cooperation as we complete these necessary improvements.
