Perhaps it’s a female wracked with guilt, desperate to get into the confessional after eating her husband. Or perhaps it’s a male who just wants to live up to his species’ name in spectacular, photogenic fashion. This praying mantis spotted outside St. James Church this week by Partyliner Katie Katzgrau provided just a perfect little moment.
