Crime and arrest reports, unedited, as provided by the Fair Haven Police Department for the period of October, 2105.

authorities_fh2-208269310/1- Cpl. John Waltz took a vandalism report from Borough employees after a sign was found to be damaged by an unknown subject(s).

10/2-Cpl. John Waltz took a theft report from Jon Lori Salon reference an unpaid bill from July of this year.

10/5- Brian Cugini, 25 of Fair Haven was placed under arrest subsequent to a motor vehicle stop for possession of Marijuana and Paraphernalia. Subject was later released pending a Fair Haven Court appearance. Ptl. Brooks Robinson was the arresting Officer.

10/10- Elizabeth Kaltenbach, 21 of Rumson was placed under arrest for Driving while intoxicated subsequent to a motor vehicle stop. Subject was later released pending a Fair Haven Court appearance. Ptl. Brooks Robinson was the arresting Officer.

10/14- A Hance Road resident came in and filed a Harassment report with Ptl. Brooks Robinson reference several Facebook messages.

10/15- A McCarter Ave resident filed a fraud report with Ptl. Brooks Robinson after receiving a suspicious email.

10/16- Melissa Neczesny, 53 of Fair Haven was charged with Simple Assault and Disorderly Conduct after being involved in a physical altercation with another female outside of a local establishment. Subject was processed and later released pending a court appearance. Ptl. Dwayne Reevey was the arresting Officer.

10/18- A Battin Road resident reported that and unknown subject(s) had stolen a 2015 Audi A6 from his driveway sometime during the previous evening. Ptl. Christian Hostrup took the report. Vehicle was recovered by Law Enforcement on 10/20/15 in Orange, NJ. Det. Schneider Investigating.

10/19- A Maple Ave resident filed a missing person report for a family member with Ptl. William Lagrotteria. Subject was later located in good health.

10/20- (3) local businesses reported receiving a suspicious phone call from an unknown subject representing themselves as a utility company seeking payment. Ptl. Brooks Robinson took the reports.

10/20- Adrian Bagnato, 39 of Elizabeth was placed under arrest for an active traffic warrant out of Cranford NJ. Ptl. Brooks Robinson took the report.

10/25- Leobardo Martinez, 25 of Somerset was placed under arrest for possession of Marijuana subsequent to a motor vehicle. Subject was processed and released pending a Fair Haven Court appearance. Ptl. Brooks Robinson was the arresting Officer.

10/27- An Oaklawn resident came into Hdqs to file a report reference threatening messages on Facebook. Ptl. Christian Hostrup took the report.
