PARTYLINE CHAMPION TO ROCK RED BANK’S MOST COVETED HOODIE

By BRIAN DONOHUE

When a vintage hearse converted into an exact replica of the “Ectomobile” from Ghostbusters appeared on Monmouth Street in April, it was clearly a moment worth telling your neighbors about.

It also resulted in one Red Bank resident now being able to bust out the coolest sweatshirt in town.

Congratulations to Partyline contributor Roseann DalPra, who received a hooded redbankgreen “Long Live Local News” sweatshirt for submitting the photo that got the most views in the month of April: a shot of the Ghostbusters mobile headed down Monmouth.

Partyline is a feature that allows readers to submit photos for publication on redbankgreen by simply sending a text message that becomes a ready-to-publish post on our publishing platform.

As of last week, 80 people have signed up to become contributors.

In late March, we offered a free redbankgreen “long live local news” hooded sweatshirt to the Partyliner who took a photo that garnered the most views in the month of April.

The month saw some stellar submissions, from dazzling sunsets of Partyliner Thomas Doremus, to a vintage train locomotive captured by Boris Kofman to a great nighttime shot of flow artists photographed by Karly Swaim.

DalPra’s photo of a Ghostbuster mobile making its way down Monmouth Street garnered the most views.

She confessed the photo was actually taken by her husband. Rules are rules, though. She submitted it, she gets the sweatshirt.
