Two nearly immovable forces were on dramatic display during Thursday’s nor’easter at the corner of Harding Road and Broad Street in Red Bank. First, the incredible dedication of our local crossing guards. And second, the mind-blowing tenacity of 21st-century teenagers in their refusal to ever put on a jacket.
