call-in-the-authorities• On May 23, 2012 Detectives Laurence Schachtel and Daniel Sullivan arrested Samantha Luberto, age 21, from Forest Avenue in Keansburg, NJ, for Possession of Heroin, Possession of Cocaine, Possession of Heroin with the Intent to Distribute, Possession of Heroin with the Intent to Distribute within 500 feet of a Public Park and Possession of Heroin with the Intent to Distribute within 1000 feet of a School Zone.

Luberto was arrested as a result of a motor vehicle stop on Thompson Avenue in Middletown. She was released pending a court date.

• Cynthia Siegfried, age 56, from Highway 36 in Leonardo, NJ, arrested on May 28, 2012 by Patrolman Charles Higgins for Criminal Trespass and on Contempt of Court warrants issued by the Manchester and Ocean Municipal Courts. She was held on $979.00 bail.

• Justin Robinson, age 27, from South Marston Street in Philadelphia, PA, arrested on May 28, 2012 by Corporal James Keenan on a Contempt of Court warrant issued by the Wall Municipal Court. He was released after posting $135.00 bail.

• Nicholas Iacono, age 25, from Oak Lane in Eatontown, NJ, arrested on May 28, 2012 by Patrolman Adam Vendetti for Simple Assault. He was released pending a court date.

• Patrick O’Hara, age 27, from Clover Drive in Hazlet, NJ, arrested on May 28, 2012 by Corporal Patricia Colangelo on a Contempt of Court warrant issued by the Middletown Municipal Court. He was released after posting bail.

• Robert Sistad, age 50, from Tudor Drive in Ocean, NJ, arrested on May 28, 2012 by Patrolman Adam Vendetti on a Contempt of Court warrant issued by the Middletown Municipal Court. He was released on $500.00 bail.

• James Guiney, age 33, from Colby Lane in Hazlet, NJ, arrested on May 30, 2012 by Patrolman Richard Belmonte for Shoplifting from the Sears Store. He was released pending a court date.

• Jennifer Miller, age 25, from White Street in Eatontown, NJ, arrested on May 30, 2012 by Detective Kevin Gardiner for Receiving Stolen Property. She was released pending a court date.

• Jeffrey Steidl, age 27, from Elinor Street in Middletown, NJ, arrested on June 1, 2012 by Patrolman Adam Vendetti on a Contempt of Court warrant issued by the Middletown Municipal Court. He was released after posting $500.00 bail.

• Jacquelin Devenny, age 56, from West Richard Street in Hazlet, NJ, arrested on May 31, 2012 by Patrolman Lawrence Seymour on a Contempt of Court warrant issued by the Long Branch Municipal Court. She was held on $350.00 bail.

• Robert Noll, age 26, from Chingaroora Avenue in Keyport, NJ, arrested on May 31, 2012 by Patrolman Michael Reuter for Violation of a Court Order and Stalking. He was held on $23,000.00 bail.

• Liam Rossell, age 30, from Saint George Avenue in Rahway, NJ, arrested on May 31, 2012 by Patrolman Albert Scott on Contempt of Court warrants issued by the Woodbury and Camden Municipal Courts. He was released after posting $588.00 bail.

• Dazmeir Mitchell, age 20, from North Arlington Avenue in East Orange, NJ, arrested on May 31, 2012 by Detective Kevin Gardiner and Patrolman John Soltysik and Patrolman Anthony Dellatacoma for Possession of Heroin, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Unlawful Possession of Nucynta, Possession of Heroin with the Intent to Distribute within 500 Feet of a Public Park, and Conspiracy. He was held on $15,000.00 bail set by Judge Richard Thompson.

• Dupera Jean-Denis, age 38, from Clermont Terrace in Union, NJ, arrested on May 31, 2012 by Patrolman Richard Belmonte on a Contempt of Court warrant issued by the Middletown Municipal Court. He was released on $500.00 bail.

• Shane Kolb, age 30, from Highway 36 in Port Monmouth, NJ, arrested on May 31, 2012 by Detective Daniel Sullivan on a summons signed by the Hazlet Police Department for Receiving Stolen Property. He was released pending a court date.

• Sharon Brogan, age 45, from South Bay Avenue in Highlands, NJ, arrested on May 31, 2012 by Detective Daniel Sullivan for Obtaining Prescription Medication by Fraud and Forgery. She was released pending a court date.

• Richard Memoli, age 32, from Campbell Avenue in Belford, NJ, arrested on June 1, 2012 by Patrolman James Beirne for Hindering Apprehension and on a Contempt of Court warrant issued by the Elizabeth Municipal Court. He was released after posting $250.00 bail.

• Rashon Martin, age 23, from Brainard Avenue in Port Monmouth, NJ, arrested on June 2, 2012 by Patrolman Robert McNair on Contempt of Court warrants issued by the Eatontown and Monmouth Beach Municipal Courts. He was held on $2,500.00 bail.

• Alyssa Harbina, age 18, from North Fox Avenue in Belford, NJ, arrested on June 2, 2012 by Patrolman Richard Fulham for Possession of Alcohol by a Minor. She was released pending a court date.

• On June 2, 2012 Patrolman Richard Fulham arrested a 17 year old female juvenile from Atlantic Highlands, NJ, for Possession of under 50 Grams of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. She was released pending a court date.

• On June 2, 2012 Corporal Gerald Weimer arrested a 17 year old male juvenile from Leonardo, NJ, for Possession of under 50 Grams of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. He was released pending a court date.

• Todd Brandow, age 33, from Alpern Avenue in Elberon, NJ, arrested on June 3, 2012 by Corporal Bernie Chenoweth on a Contempt of Court warrant issued by the Highlands Municipal Court. He was released after posting $156.00 bail.
