RED BANK COPS CHARGE MAN FOR DRUGS, GUN

Theft occurring between 12-27-12 and 12-28- at South Street. Victim reported that unknown person(s) entered parked vehicle and stole cash. Sgt. Michael Furlong.

Criminal Mischief occurring on 12-29-12 at Monmouth St—Grocery store. Victim reported that unidentified male subject slammed front door several times causing glass to shatter. Ptl. Jorge Torres.

Theft occurring on South Street on 12-28-12. Victim reported that unknown person(s) stole a cell phone charger and an HDMI cable from unlocked parked vehicle. Sgt. Robert Gannon.

ARRESTS:
Gabriela Arias, age 26 female of Red Bank was arrested on 1-2-13 in the area of Leighton Ave. for Simple Assault by Ptl. Stan Balmer.

Myron Dismuke, age 42 male of Long Branch was arrested on 1-1-13 in the area of Montgomery Terrace for Simple Assault and Criminal Mischief by Ptl. Stanley Balmer.

Rafael Valladares-Aparicio, age 45 male of Red Bank was arrested on 1-1-13 in the area of Wallace Street for Disorderly Conduct and Resisting Arrest by Ptl. Stanley Balmer.

David Coluccio, age 21 male of Holmdel was arrested on 1-1-13 in the area of Maple Ave. for Disorderly Conduct by Ptl. Paul Perez.

William Bolton, age 26 male of Fair Haven was arrested on 1-1-13 in the area of Monmouth St. for DWI by Ptl. Patrick Kennedy.

Richard Saitta, age 37 male of Freehold was arrested on 12-30-12 in the area of W. Front Street for Disorderly Conduct by Ptl. James DePonte.

Kevin Reed, age 52 male of Fair Haven was arrested on 12-30-12 in the area of St. Mary’s Place for DWI by Ptl. James DePonte.

Michael Sidisin, age 35 male of Clearwater, Fl was arrested on 12-29-12 in the area of W. Front St. for Disorderly Conduct by Ptl. Michael Zadlock.

A juvenile male age 13 of Red Bank was arrested on 12-29-12 in the area of E. Front St. for Aggravated Sexual Assault and Endangering the Welfare of a Child by Inv. Robert Campanella.

Theodore Pick, age 37 male of Laurence Harbor was arrested on 12-29-12 in the area of W. Front St. for Simple Assault by Ptl. Jorge Torres.

Guadalupe Gutierrez, age 36 male of Lakewood was arrested on 12-29-12 in the area of Monmouth St. for Disorderly Conduct and Resisting Arrest by Ptl. Jorge Torres.

George Vasquez, age 4 3 male of Howell was arrested on 12-28-12 in the area of Monmouth St. for COC [Contempt of Court] by Ptl. Paul Perez.

John McMahon, age 21 male of Red Bank was arrested on 12-28-12 in the area of Monmouth St. for Poss. of CDS, Marijuana under 50 grams, Disorderly Conduct, Resisting Arrest and Unlawful Poss. of a Handgun by Ptl. Jorge Torres and Ptl. Paul Perez.

Jessica Hallock, age 35 female of Red Bank was arrested on 12-28-12 in the area of Prospect Ave. for Simple Assault by Sgt. Robert Kennedy.
